Did not have an appliance dolly and I reserved a rental and pick up one 2 hrs away and had to pay an additional charge of $5 for a one way rental

Thomas S26 ft truck that was provided was fine. I reserved 2 utility dollies, and 1 furniture dolly, but only 1 utility dolly was provided. They informed me less than 24 hrs of rental initiation that only 1 dolly was available so I had no time to get another. This extended my workload as only one tool was available. Also, the truck was very rough riding at 50 - 60 mph and engine at 2000 RPM. It bucked like a bronco!
Kenneth INobody came out to check the vehicle. I dropped it off right at a half of tank just like I picked it up at and was charged for 8 gallons of gas. It is unbelievable what they did.

George MVehicle was in terrible condition. Every part of the vehicle was dented, scratched, and broken. Furthermore, the engine barely ran. Sputtering and misfiring at any speed. This vehicle should be taken out of service.

Robert RSuperlatives are the only words that can be used to describe this rental experience for me. It was the best. The customer service I received from Property Manager Jeannette Bartlett is beyond measure. I would hire her for general manager of my business in a New York minute.
DAVID SSuper sketchy. There was not really any personnel on sight, just some lady walking around the storage facility that told us to park it in a dirt lot across the street and go through the steps on our phone. Would have preferred someone to check us in and let us know we were good to go. Felt like we were just dumping this big expensive truck on the side of a road and hope that nothing bad happens to it for which we would be liable.
