Very friendly staff , well maintained facility Definitely use their services again in the future i've already mentioned to a handful of people how nice and clean it is with climate control storage available . I am more than happy that I stopped in to check the place out and rented here.!!! 

The instructions for returning the vehicle said to park in the lot of *this address*, however this facility is entirely gated, closing at 4pm. My partner and I were confused about where to park the truck, we ended up leaving it in a parking lot next to this address (a different business). It seems misleading to label this a 24/7 facility if gates close at 4 pm.

The managing person (Lou, I think) was great, friendly, helpful, etc. The problem is the facility itself, it's condition, age, access. Our door was stiff, difficult to open/close. The lock mechanism was also very stiff, stuck, requiring excessive force to open. The door seal at the bottom allowed debris to enter, e.g. dust, leaves etc. On a few occasions I noticed the entry gates open all night. Guess the electronics are faulty. The width of the car lanes do not allow a vehicle to pass/get by another, that may be loading or unloading storage items. This situation did not happen to me, but with the summer coming, I forsee it occurring. The price for a 10x10 is about $12 more than my new shed location; so that's $144 more per year, for an old r

Don't ask for customer to back up trailer when returning rented unit.

They need to improve the parking there wasn't any so when the employee came in they asked us to move our car so they could park in front of the building .we had to move our car to park next door at another business. No one was there when they opened at 10am we had to wait over 5 minutes to get there then had to wait for the computer to come up .Then when we returned the truck 30 minutes later they weren't there again we had to wait 15 minutes from them to get back . They had to move trucks around so we could get to the truck we rented. The employees were nice . But again you need to work on parking .

great customer SERVICE!!! I was not Happy my Truck smelled of CIGARETTES!!! PLUS MY TRUCK COULD'VE BEEN WASHED!!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful honest and easy to work with I would recommend storage masters to anyone storage master is a great place to store your personal belongings

truck was somewhat dirty inside and out.... No blankets as requested....(24 ea) People were very nice and helpful though!

I wanted to go to storage masters by 4 o'clock so I could meet with the owner Louis to do the check-in. He texted me to let me know he wouldn't be there past two. I got there 1:45 he wasn't there I had to do the 24 seven check in and it was a pain in the butt. You guys need to figure out how to do that better

I was not given two of the things I had ordered. I was not given a furniture dolly or the moving blankets. Neither of these items were in my truck.
