I think everything was perfect and the staff were easy going and professional making the process of renting and understanding the process efficient. Rental units were in great shape.

angela lA few things I was concerned with. The check engine light was on in the truck and the safety sticker and registration sticker on the truck were expired. Last thing I need is to get pulled over and ticketed for that. It should be updated.

Matthew H5 minutes after leaving the tire blew. Waited two hours on the side of H2 to get it fixed. Once fixed the road side assistance rep noticed it was a bad plug in the tire. After all that there was no compensation and paid full price. Not happy Uhaul

Kenny T24/7 check in did not work. Office staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and helped me check in. The generic instructions for additional identification using the 24/7 app did not apply to their business so please make that adjustment at your corporate level and save the next person the hassle.

Cyrus CTrucks need washer fluid for the windshield. Windows are hard to see thru. Idk if that can be helped but that was the only problem. Everything else was good, service and truck.
