Absolutely incredible people here, I never though the staff at a storage facility could leave such an impact but they really went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating and god knows I needed it. Idk if you'll see this but thank you to John and everyone at Storage Solutions of Hays for helping me out of a jam and for being so incredibly awesome when I needed support from many states away!

I accidentally added more fuel than I was required to. You need to provide a full tank of fuel at pick up. You then charged me a late fee. I put at least $30 worth of fuel in your rental truck

The gentleman that checked us in felt for us about how much the fee was to drop it off at a different location and tried to help us but screw U-Haul services but that guy was the only nice person

John is a "bend-over-backwards" kind of service provider. He is very considerate and conscientious of customers and what he is providing for them. The staff were friendly and helpful. John, the owner, was always willing to accommodate me with any special needs I had. Having rented various storage units and parking spaces at Storage Solutions for almost four years I never had any problem. The grounds are well kept and easily accessible. I always felt that everything I had stored there was safe and secure. The only reason I am no longer a customer is because I moved away from the area. I highly recommend this business.

The manager of this storage facility is very helpful and friendly, and made sure we had an easy time storing our daughter's property between and during her university years.
