I have Never had such an experience with a vehicle from here which is why we bypass others that are worse, to come thus far… disappointed…

Harrison C.I've used U-Haul several times in my life, and the equipment has always been good and/or acceptable, but I could not always say that about the personel. However, this time not only was the van very new but the personel (pick-up and return, two different people) were exceptionally helpful, competent and friendly. Excellent experience!
