Just interesting, the new truck had 1700 miles but sounded like it had 60K. Operationally nothing wrong.

Manuel VClean out those trucks !! Dog hairs ,mud ,trash still in the back of the truck !! I don't even own a dog and hairs all over that dang cab !! Run the water hose through the cab to get the mud out !! Do something !! What do you pay the workers for , just paperwork ?? I was highly up set with this one and the one I had two days prior!! That truck was muddy as heck also and I felt like either you have to take it or get nothing at all . But all the other trucks didn't look like mine did . Or was it that I was going from Las Vegas to California so send them dirty ? Come on now do better , I'm not looking for perfect but represent UHaul like you would want a real business to be !!

Eduardo TExplain the details better. I was charged $20 for after hour fee but was told I would be charged the $20 IF I kept the vehicle overnight. If O was going to be charged it anyways I would have kept The uhaul for another day!

Laura SThis was the worst experience I had in my entire life. I was given my code to access my unit and the code to enter upstairs didNOT WORK. I was not able to get a hold of anyone. My 3 day holiday I was left with only my clothes I was wearing. Could not get anything out to use. Thier cart to drive me to the unit didn't work so I had to walk in the heat, The upstairs swamp cooler didn't work. I left a few items out on the ground they threw them out and charged me $30.00. When it came time to print my paper work the printer didn't work. THE WORST EXPERIENCE
Katia OThere was a homeless guy sleeping in the cargo area of the truck when I got there. You should have a method to lock the cargo door!
kenneth aI scheduled to pick up at 9:00 am I was 15 minutes late but the attendant was having problems uploading my Driver's license and had to make calls to get around this that took time and I didn't get out of there till almost 10:15 am an hour and 15minutes later than I was supposed to and have the truck back by 1:00 pm I mentioned it to them and they only gave me a additional 30 minutes to get the truck back when I got held up there a extra hour because of their negligence which ended up costing me and additional 17 dollar's which only 15 minutes was my fault. I don't believe I should've been charged an additional $17 when I was only 15 minutes late!!
James TI order equipment and I did not receive nothing. They said they would take it off my receipt but did not. They have a the run around so I just said screw it.
Tyvionta WI drive 5 miles and got charged 3 gallons of gas. The gas gage didn't even move.

Joe HRoses was very pleasant and friendly as well as professional, I have rented from this location before because of the high level of customer service and that I can be promptly served and on my way to get things done. Yes! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage and rental trucks. We plant to rent a 12 by 20 unit soon also.

I have always been pleased with the level of cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. My belongings were always kept secure and safe. The grounds are always kept clean and safe. Robert BI reserved the truck online and declined the insurance as I didn't need it. After I returned the truck the associate never informed me that he charged me for it. I asked why I was over charged and was told that's how it is. Everyone is charged for insurance. I am very upset that I was not informed prior to renting the truck that I drove 7 miles. That's bad business and next time I'll contact other companies before I contact Uhaul. ?????

Jenesha JThis service is convenient for after hours emergency situations. However, the process is very difficult and seems to be a bit racist and partial to non white members of the human race. Many more cross checks references , then more and more photos and references for blacks than whites. Stop the racism please.

Stephen BThe trailer was originally supposed to be picked-up at a U-haul center near our work. We were advised the day before that we'd have to go to alternative site to pick-up the trailer because the site we reserved it at didn't have availability (despite the fact that the website guaranteed availability at this site). We specifically requested this site because of proximity - the alternative site was over 10 miles away. This was our only option per the phone call we received. When we arrived at the second location, it was a self-storage site. There was no one on hand to show us how to connect the trailer, how to hook it up or anything. The work all had to be done by us - the renter - and we were not familiar with this type of trailer. So, no assistance at all was provided! Customer service was horrible. The clerk at the self storage advised us that we could return the trailer to the U-Haul center and not back at that location because it was closer to where we worked and because they didn't need it back. After our rental period, when we arrived at the U-Haul center, the technician there indicated that we could only return it where we got it or pay an additional fee for a one-way rental. I advised them that the self-storage place didn't want this trailer back and specifically asked us to return it to them. They wouldn't budge. Again - horrible customer service. I really believe that the only reason U-Haul is able to remain in business is because they are the only game in town - they know it and they act like customers don't matter. Overall, it was a very bad customer service experience. Unfortunately I'll probably rent from them again - but I'll be holding my nose the whole time.
Jerry JThis was not my requested location of picking up the truck. In fact, it was very inconvenient having to go 34 miles out of my way to pick it up, not to mention, the extra gas. Also my scheduled helpers didn't happen, they texted me asking the questions of how much was there and what was to be moved, I gave the time and location, no more conversations after that. The day of, I tried calling and texting to ask were they coming; no response. I had to do the job, without the help that I had paid for. Another bad experience with Uhaul.

Jessica JI did not like that I booked two weeks ahead for 7,3 am told that I had to travel 10 miles to a different location and they did not open until 8,3 I had booked on Freemont st because I was staying near by and went into the office the day before confirm the appointment and to make sure that that they had the 26 foot truck This is not the first time that this had happened

William ZNeed to answer intercom or phone more frequently, using this contract company as a drop off for uhaul, needs specify what equipment they except, prior to customer chooses the drop off because it to much confusion as a customer and they are rude and customer service is bad

John SGreat Customer service! Having worked in the Financial Industry for 16years as a branch manager, I tend to be very observant when dealing with businesses. Brandi Jacob's delivered exceptional service with a smile. My husband inadvertently left his cell phone in the Uhaul. This would have been a very costly mistake, being that my husband was on call. Brandi went out of her way to get in touch with us to return our cell, coming in after hours and waiting for us to arriving. Your business is very fortunate to have such a great employee. If I was still a branch manager I would be looking to secure Brandi as an employee for my Financial Institution. Thanks a Million. Mrs. Jacqueline Garcia
