The lock was very hardto get open - it seamed like it was jamed a bit.

Truck was in horrible running condition. Crazy, because it only had 23 000 miles on it. I was supposed to have 2 dollies and 2 furniture movers. Didn't have any of it. After a 40 minute wait on the phone, we were told we could drive 30 minutes out of our way to get the missing equipment. Nope. Why wasn't there any communication about the missing equipment? Worst experience renting anything EVER!

This was the worst service I have ever received for anything in my life. The online approval took forever and we didnt get our move started until 2 hours later then intend because we just sat in a parking lot for over an hour just waiting to be approved

Admittedly I am not familiar with the location where I dropped off / returned the U-Haul. It was dark and looked to be in somewhat of a shady area. We saw a drug deal go down during the drop off so if you are returning equipment there bring a couple of people with you...especially at night. That's the only way I would recommend this location.

Lady that was at the pick up location did not know how to use a computer! It took over 30 minutes with my wife doing most of the check-in on my cell phone.

Not much of anything the lady got things done in a very timely manner!

The woman was rude, lazy, and not helpful. Not only did she refuse process the truck(as she was scheduled to leave in 10 minutes)but she offered no direction of what I was to do with the truck.

The Ford truck was excellent plenty of power and performance everything worked perfect.

This was my first experience with uhaul and I will rent again! Very nice and quick move!
