JOVANNI ERhiannon provided top notch customer service. The morning of my appointment to pick up the truck, I overslept from staying up late packing. I contacted the office and Rhiannon took the initiate to hold my appointment and equipment as a courtesy. When I arrived, she made sure to rent me a reliable truck with low miles for our long journey out of state. After the truck was loaded, I returned to the office to have an auto-transport trailer connected. U-Haul's system was down but Rhiannon made sure each customer waiting was helped to the best of her ability. She deserves recognition for her hard work. Thank you, Rhiannon, we arrived safely to our new home thanks to you and U-Haul :)

Jennifer QStaff was very friendly but the truck had a blown fuse and a reverse light out. The fuse caused the lights on the auto transporter to not work. This was not found until after we loaded the truck and returned to pick up the transporter. We then had to drive to another location to get it fixed (staff was great there) and then back to pick up the transporter. This put us 2 hours behind schedule as we were moving out of state that afternoon. Cost ending up being more than my quote as well.

Jennifer RI'm not complaining about the van not being clean. Front windshield could've been cleaned but LV is conservative with water. I'm upset because my credit card was left and I returned asking for it. Was told they don't have it. Hours later received a call they have it. Well, anyone would lock/freeze the card and then go through the process of replacing. The staff must communicate better. This situation was easy to avoid. Granted I left on the counter. I'm frustrated I was correct they had it and the employee didn't take a minute to ask other staff.

dyris lFirst the questions above do not speak to my experience. The place looked great and the girl was only doing her job. The gasoline charges are ridiculous. I only traveled 20 miles and they wanted to charge me $27 because I did not put in gas. Gas is 3,37 a gallon. I can see charging me maybe $10 at the most (that is including their absurd fees on top of the gas) BUT another $17.00....wow. Oh, yeah I should point out that I budgeted for maybe 10 extra dollars for gas, but not 27, so my card was declined (yep, closed my business and strapped for cash). They would not take the cash I had to pay for it because they did not have access to the safe. Since they put me on a promissory note, they would be charging me the 27 on top of a FEE for not being able to pay it. That makes perfect sense.

Tammy CI have never rented a truck at U-Haul - everyone at the Las Vegas/Lake Mead office were so helpful. A pickup truck was recommended to reserve but when I got to U-Haul and told them my situation they recommended a Van and it was perfect! The price is incredibly reasonable and the Van was perfect. I was a little nervous driving it but I had no problems and would love to own one now. I highly recommend U-Haul and this location. Everything was seamless and I will happily recommend to anyone who needs to rent a truck or van - I did not know they offered that option. So great for me.

LUIS OI went back-and-forth, whether or not to hire a moving company or do it myself. After doing an adequate amount of research and comparing the numbers, I moved forward with my gut. I rented a U-Haul with a trailer to tote my car, from Las Vegas to Texas, although the Truck was a little nerve-racking to drive it first, I adjusted easily. I recommend driving around your area before committing to a long trip. this will allow you to trade in the vehicle if necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this location. They were very helpful and communicated perfectly.

When I went in a week after the u it had been vandalized they told me that it was my fault I was not contacted because my phone number was wrong. Their behavior was completely rude and unprofessional. When I asked when it had been broken into no one could tell me, but they did say they weren't reporting it to police that this was my responsibility. I got a truck and moved my remaining things out that same day. Completely lacking in all aspects and not a place to ever consider trusting with your items.

Jason s | Expérience généraleOnly had a few problems over many years. Dumb customers parked Uhaul trucks when returning at night that blocked gate. Maybe put up signs or paint yellow stripes. Second, something should be done about the stray cats. There are a lot of them running around and I see them every time I went to the facility. They broke into my boat and destroyed the interior.

There should be an online payment system instead of calling on the phone for the payment. 2. Employees were not dressed well as compared to other storage. 3. Lighting is not very good. 4. There should be a restroom. I saw a few people looking for the restroom. 5. There are not many pallets. I saw only 1 pallet in my area. Once I saw a few people just waiting for the pallets.
