Richard SDespite having returned the rental truck with more gas than it had when I received it, this rental location added $19,5 to my bill. When I called to contest this, they didn't respond to my vx-mail. When (as a matter of principle) I visited their location and showed my gas receipts, they promised to "look into it and have management respond" but didn't. These people would rather steal $19,5 than encourage continued rentals from a frequent U-Haul customer. They don't care about their reputation. It's unfortunate they require a credit card because they then unjustifiably use it. They only want your money.

Ana CI had an exceptional experience. I had originally booked with another company who did not have the vehicle I needed when I showed up. This location really saved me. I regret I did not get the woman's name who helped me. She was amazing to work with, and I'm so happy I stopped in. I will definitely go back the next time I need a vehicle.

Savannah ZThe people there were great. The truck unfortunately had a strong urine smell in the drivers area. Also the gas level in the truck was lower than what was recorded. I was not informed that I could report this and when I found a link that was sent out to me, it was already expired. Other than that great service and the price was decent.
