The people who helped us were polite, enthusiastic, and efficient. When we found three items (toy car, thermos, hairbrush) under the seats in the cab and brought them back they were excited to try to reunite them with their owners -- presumed to be the previous renters. They did tell us the truck was new to them (an Arizona rig picked up in Idaho), but when we picked it up the cab floor was covered in cracker crumbs and shards of hard pretzels and there were soda or coffee streaks down the side of the cupholder console. It was when I set about detailing the interior of the cab myself that I found the three items under the seats. The *cargo* area of the truck *was* clean. The steering wheel was not justified. The truck may have needed an alignment. I did get me where I was going with no trouble, and I had altered my reserved truck size at the last minute (so they might have had less time to prepare a truck than anticipated). It had snowed and the windshield had not been cleared before we arrived (but the rental car we picked up two days prior at the airport also had not been cleared of snow, so maybe that's standard operation in Idaho Falls).

If someone didn't read carefully and just clicked thought the pages they would be very surprised at the end. I understand up-selling but that was absolutely ridiculous.

We have had to rent four U-Haul trailers in Utah and have had no problem dropping them off at Storage Plus. Also, their storage facility is top notch! Climate controlled and very clean. The owners are always out making sure everything is in order and they are very professional and friendly.

The owners are professional and pleasant. Last week when we were unloading a U-Haul trailer, they provided us with cold bottled water! We feel the price for climate controlled storage is very fair. They also have covered storage (which we may need in the future) for your travel trailer, boat or other vehicles. It is nice to be able to drop off U-Haul equipment at this location so we can just unload, drop off and be on our way.
