Jonathan SpendloveThe van was filthy. Dog hair all over the seats, grim and dirt all over the front inside. Back was not swept or cleaned to put items in. Front passenger seat belt did not work. I put extra gas in as the pump would not stop, and they said 'Uhaul will not refund the extra gas, they just say thanks for the gift.' Wow! Probably will try to find another way to rent a van/truck next time I need it

Stephanie IrvinThe vehicle smelled horrible. When I went in and told the clerk he said he realized that and that he wiped it down the best he could. It wasn't just a little stinky - it was horrible. I almost didn't rent the vehicle but I was on a time constraint. Other than smell- the vehicle was clean and in good shape.
Kipp KelleyThe UHaul was not warmed up and ready at pick up time. I had to clean off and start it myself while the attendant was more concerned about getting ice melt spread. Then, the UHaul was accidentally returned to this same location and keys dropped off in their key drop instead of the drop off location l. I know this is our error. However, it was impossible to contact them to try and retrieve the keys. I left a voice mail and an email asking them to contact me urgently. I received a reply from a general inbox stating that it was no problem, I would be able to pick up the vehicle. I knew that information but would have appreciated an effort to assist getting the vehicle back earlier. I did not want to pay for an additional day. I had to wait until Monday morning to get the keys only to realize That the office is closed on Monday's. I panicked. I went back and knocked on the residents door asking for their help. The attendant did open the office in my behalf to assist. I am very grateful for that fact and I want to state that this attendant helped on his day off.
Vicki ArmitageThe employees of this location are very pleasant to work with and very professional. The office and facility were very clean, as was the truck itself. Their hours are a bit short, but it was a perfectly nice experience all around.
matthew shepherdI filled gas tank left it it same place I picked it up. I dropped off after hours and the tank shows half a tank missing? I only drove it 64 miles now your trying to charge my $74,00 for missing fuel. I have receipt showing I filled tank. Someone siphon the fuel out and now you want me to pay for it. It's not my responsibility if that happens!!!!

James MichklewrightExtremely poor truck. AC worked 15 % of the time. The gas gauge is totally wreaked. I accidentally filled it up since it wouldn't go over half a tank while there and then driving to the store it slowly rose to full take. I want my money back.
Brenton ManesEmployees were very helpful directing us after hours, but the online check in process was very difficult and took a long time to figure it out and sign in multiple times and confirm multiple things. Also, the address given to us was incorrect and took us to behind a cemetery and so it was very difficult finding the actual location.

Vincent KarrenWhen I was returing the truck the location was closed and I had difficulty doing a self drop off. The apps wasn't working and when I called uhaul, all I got was recordings kept saying "we are having issues and can't connect so try your call later." What?? What am I supposed to do now?? Then a guy who worked at the location came and helped me return the truck. I was so thankful that he came back to help me after he was done for his work. But, I have issues with the credit. When I picked up the truck from Las Vegas, the truck had almost empty gas but, i was told it will have qaurter tank. So, I went back to the clerk and she told me they will adjust it for me when I drop it off at the Salt Lake City location. When I returned the truck, it had close to half full gas. So, I was told that I will get reimbursed for the gas but, never received any credit what so ever.

TAMMY WATERSWhen we arrived we had to walk to the back of a lot to confirm the truck, then we had to walk back to the office to get the keys. We waited a while for an employee to attend to us. Seemed like a lot of walking and hassle especially compared to our drop-off location. Check-in took 30 min.

James MichklewrightThe individual even though he tried was unable to help us with all the trouble we had with Uhaul before and during the trip up until the drop off. Even with the drop off we were told the wrong place even with calling before we went. We were very unhappy with the whole experience we had with Uhaul. They didn't do anything to compensate us for the flat tire and the hotel stay over night.
Beverly TaylorThe people who manage the office didn't check the place where I told them I parked the truck. I couldn't park it where they told me to, because they were in the middle of repaving, so I parked it about 20 feet farther down the parking lot and gave them the keys. I then received an email two DAYS later, telling me I hadn't returned the truck. When I called, it turned out the office manager hadn't checked in the truck and left it for the next employee, who didn't know where I'd parked it. So he sent me an email that said they'd tried contacting me (they hadn't), and then made lots of excuses about why it wasn't their fault they didn't look slightly to the right to find the truck right where I said I'd parked it in the first place. They didn't even give me an apology. Will not be going back.

Orestes de Oliveira NettoI would never ever recomend this to anyone. the trucks easy access with your phone app did not work properly. took hours to get vehicle missed our moving help because of that. had food for movers that also went to waste. The app did not work for returning either. DO NOT use the easy phone app it is anything but easy and very frustring. WE filled the vehicle up and drove 35 miles round trip and paid 150 and change. The complany gave us a small credit for our inconvience of hours of waiting. VERY very frustrating. Uhaul is very good just go to a location where an actual person can help you. This is the abreviated version many frustrating things can not recomend this location or app
Linda Kinder Linda KinderI would have absolutely loved this experience (the guy running this place is great) except he wasn't there when I came to pick up at my scheduled time. I had to wait 25 minutes before he showed up and I could pick up my truck. Wasn't answering the phone, and no explanation as to why once he did show up.
David TuttleContinue to do the vehicle walk around, demonstrations, and teaching the customer how to use the vehicle (especially the weird quirks of the trucks). For the many years I have used Uhaul in California, this location had a worker who was clear with expectations! Thank you for being proactively communicative and helpful -- gave us information that I didn't know we needed.
