I had an issue with returning the car. Also not sure how safe it is, as the gate was opened. When I returned the car it was after hours and I had to log in thru the web to close the order but couldn't. I waited over 45 minutes & no helped - called 4 times. Finally I dropped off the key & had to call the next day to close out the account.JULIA U.

I was charged with fuel charges = $11 (2 Gallons). Does 15 miles really consume 2 gallons? And the fuel tank was not even full when I started the trip. That's disappointing!Chris T.

When I went to check in with my phone, I was a little late due to traffic and so I had to go inside the location to ask for assistance from the office. They said I had been booted out of the system, and they had to help me do the check-in process. It would have been unfortunate had the office already been closed. Additionally, when I returned the U-Haul, I was again supposed to do an online return -- they system was not working for me so I just had to leave the UHaul there and put the keys in the drop off box. I wish that process had been more clear -- did I have to do anything on my phone? Was the system just not working? Sort of confusing. Overall, besides the online / phone hiccups, the process of getting and returning the UHaul was easy.ALEXIS S.

Great location, friendly staff, and very convenient self drop off. This was so helpful because my move ran long and I had the truck after business hours. I needed my rental truck before the store opened and they forgot to put my keys in the lock box. This messed up my entire day as it caused me to be late at both buildings where I only had reservations for the elevators at certain times.Luke F.

I booked moving blankets, they were not inside the van, so now my furniture is all damaged, which completely defeated the point of moving it with me. Secondly, doing the out of hours check-in was a nightmare - I had already completed "online check-in" but then you have to do it all over again to open the van. The app is buggy, I had to take like 50 different pictures of everything from my my face, to my driver's license, to a second form of ID. Couldn't get approved, app crashed, tried about three or four times the complicated process. Had to wait in the freezing cold to speak to someone. Took forever, finally got approved. Then had to take more pictures when dropping off of the inside of the van, the fuel gauge etc. All in all, not a great experience.Victoria B.

The uhaul was pretty clean the previous person must have had a pet because the seats had fur on them but the cargo area of the van was clean. The woman that took care of my reservation was very friendly, efficient and had me set up and on the road within minutes! Great experience all around!Dorothy B.

Probably due to Covid-19 certain office staff was not available and there was a delay opening the office on 7/11. Positive Feedback: I would like to praise Rick from StorageBlue who went out of his way to enable me to drive out with the rental truck even though the facility was not fully opened. Negative feedback for U-:Haul: while waiting online chat with a customer representative from U-Haul did not work, there was no response.Thomas J.

All went well once I received the truck. We made an in person reservation on Sunday for Wednesday. When I arrived Wednesday , they knew nothing of my reservation.Scott W.
The truck wasn't cleaned. Nothing was explained to me in regards to charges, they just took my CC and sent me off. When charges came it was nothing like what I had reserved for. My husband got the exact truck for the exact time period from the Tonnele location and he was not charged as much as I was. He had two extra equipment rentals on top of it.Joya N.

It was tricky finding the box to drop of the key. Maybe there could be a picture with the location of the drop off box.Rober S.
i went there and could not pick up my vehicle. I talked to the staff and he said that my rental is only in town even though mine was a one way rental. They canceled my reservation and arranged a new vehicle. Charged twice, didn't get a refund for the canceled one. Terrible. So expensive. Hidden fees.. MAKE IT A FLAT DAILY RATE!!!Nur O.

The representative didn't mention the 20$ extra charge for returning the vehicle after-hours when he was explaning how it works and where to drop the keys. I can't help but feel like the information was intentionally left out to get an extra 20$. Not happy with my experience at all.Farshad F.

I was very disappointed when the van arrived to my home, dirty on the inside from prior use. I had to sweep the van before loading it. I was helped by Walt (phone number: +1 (862) 777-0485) via Uhaul customer service. He had called me in the morning to let me know that they had to change my pick up location because the previous driver was unable to return the truck on time. I let him know that that location was far from public transportation for me and he was able to get a truck to my original location for the same time. He was extremely helpful and polite, and overall a great employee!Joshua H.
