Received a truck from the location that the lady said didn't belong to her so she pushed it off on me and I had a run around to return the equipment. Wasn't a good experience very I satisfied by the lack of assistance anyone could give. S
Suzanne M.They were rude and if you rent any equipment, they will leave it in the office but not bring it to the truck. Mind you, there are steps and no easy way to take the equipment down. Also, they “require†you bring the rented equipment back up the steps and to the office. It wouldn't have been such a miserable experience if they were professional and kind.

sharad K.There was no parking lot. Only the ramp to the store where another U-Haul was parked. If that other U-Haul was not there we wouldn't know where to park. There were minimal instructions and the storage facility had no parking lot of its own.

Nathan C.The customer service here was awful. Barely spoke to me, gave me 0 instructions on the equipment. Had an attitude when I told him I'd be having another driver but that I'd pay for it. He never told me which truck was mines, he just popped his hand slightly out the door with the key then expected me to locate the truck on my own in the lot. Didn't tell me how to use the truck or show me prior damages, no paper work on it detailing this or the current gas level and mileage. I didn't even get a receipt. Then when I came to return the key, he pointed at the other window like I was interrupting his Facebook time. I've used U-Haul before at a legitimate location and the experience is night and day. I will never use this location again.

Paul B.When I was ready to check in the vehicle, the guy behind the counter told me he couldn't help me for 15 minutes. So I opted to get my receipt via email. Unfortunately, I was charged $14 for insurance I hadn't agreed to. In fact, my original online order had specifically declined it. I was also charged $10 for use of a dolly I didn't use, didn't know I would be charged for (I was under the impression it was something we could use in the storage facility, although we didn't), and *returned prior to departing with the truck.*

victor O.I was first helped by the gentleman in the Newark-Broadway location who helped me make the appointment for the truck. When I arrived to the nearby location it was very quick and the truck was ready to go. The young lady was very helpful at the counter.
GEORGE S.The equipment was not that clean and staff was rude. They charged me more. They charged me for dolly which they did not have and also for the insurance without my consent. They set my drop off date to 2nd November which I told them was 1st November - but they said it doesn't matters. I was charged more for this order. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.

I had reservation made 1 month prior and he goes saying that he doesn't have any trucks… when I ask him to lookup with the confirmation number showing the U haul confirmation, he repeats the same thing without even trying to sort things. The worst part is that he claims that he is not responsible for u haul but only employee of Storage Blue. Would not recommend this location at all
