The self pickup option takes too long. We only had a 3 hour rental, and it took 30 minutes to pickup the uhaul due to the slowness of the approval process.

The gentleman who checked the vehicle in and out was absolutely fantastic. I didn't get his name, but he was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I'll recommend this location to anyone with moving needs.

vincent W.We picked up our truck early in the morning before office opened. Did online pickup and while documenting and submitting photos, the app froze and had to reset and call Uhaul. Waiting times early in the morning were too long to reach someone. It took approximately 1 hour due to having to call twice and wait times for an agent was 10-15 minutes each time.

Barbara W.truck had over 176000 miles and drove like it was beat up. Outside of truck had major scratches, gouges and other defect. The outside was filthy dirty and should have been washed. Moreover, the location charged me $14 for safe move which I always decline. Take a look at my rental history the last 30 days!!!

Joshua E.Rented van for extended use the wipes spray not working very inconvenient for us as we have to constantly stop to clean windshield. Very inconvenienced by the 14 day inspection as well this was not required in the past to extend rental. From my rental history with u haul there should be no problem to keep it out for another week.

The staff was very friendly, professional and organized! The customer service was IMPECCABLE - the last time I had the greatest customer service experience like I experienced on Saturday 10/9 was when I had completed a contract assignment in South Carolina and was getting ready to move back home to Nevada in 2012. I've already told a couple of people about my expereince and if they ever need a U-Haul to go to the Maryland Parkway/ Cactus location. Ayeshua W.Uhaul met our moving needs to get all our things from northern Utah to Las Vegas. We were able to pick up and drop off without any contact using our phone. Truck drove well and the AC worked well! Cost was very reasonable when we compared to other companies; which is why we went with uhaul. Glad we did!
Brittany D.Disappointing that this site denies mobile pick-up. I understand a problem with a previous customer regarding however that should never impact the availability of use for all other customers. The mobile check-in is convenient, lessens the angst due to COVID and diminishes the overall customer experience. I rent often and will choose this site as a last resort moving forward.

JAN P G.Paid for one day use. Told the agent I might retrun the truck early if I completed my move early. I made one load to my house and had about two more loads to go. The agent called the next morning demanding the truck be returned righ then because he has another customer that needs it. We still had about 7 hours left on our contract. He yelled at my wife and said "BRING THE TRUCK BACK RIGHT NOW!" and then hung the phone up before she could respond. I then filled the truck up with fuel and returned it. The secretary was there, but he must have been hiding in the back room. She denied they did anything wrong. Horrible experience. After decades of renting from U'Haul, that's the only bad experience I've had. From now on will not rent from some fly-by night franchise and will only rent from an established professional U'Haul franchise.

LEE W.I parked my car in 1 of the 5 available parks when renting the truck and during the checkout process they said I will have to move my car. There was plenty of other parking spots open and it seemed unreasonable they even asked me. They eventually said because id be back soon i didnt have to move it. Other than that the checkout process was slower than necessary.

EDNA L.I think you need to adjust your form payment. Due to covid-19 a lot of people only form of payment is an unemployment card. It was a hassle being shut down because of my form of payment then I had to go out my way to another bank to transfer money.
