Mobile self access wasn't working, location was locked when I checked the door, but the employee that opened the door to askw hat I needed what very helpful

Krystle SI have rented several times here without site-related issues. This rental experience was horrible. The truck supplied was obviously not vetted at all. Record high temperatures of 120 degrees and the truck had NO working AC, causing additional health problems for me. The gas level was incorrect, the previous renter had left empty and full water bottles in the truck, the headliner was literally falling down and partially obstructing the view out the windshield, the driver's side visor clip had fallen out of the ceiling and was left on the console, and the driver's seat upholstery was mangled. The clerk at the pickup counter sent me a link while at the counter to snap another image of my ID which I did, yet when I left the pickup link was delayed arriving and only returned me to the driver's license prompt again when attempting to access pickup verification.

ROSA MThe mobile pickup and drop off service is problematic but that is not run by the pick up location. App has many fails. Each time I have used the mobile pickup service I have been kept waiting for someone to process. The last pickup took over 30 minutes as the person on the other end could not read that my middle name as shown on my license is the name I use. The drop off portion of the app was not working when I dropped off but thankfully the website was working.

ERICA BI called several times asking if I could drop off my vehicle in a different location I was told I could if I change my reservation from the van to a track. I didn't get my reservation contract until later under the belief that I was going to be able to drop off my vehicle anywhere when I got ready to return it I was told I was gonna be charge four times the amount to drop it off there. I literally called six different times I wasn't sure that was able to drop my vehicle off instead of having to drive back to the side of town I just moved away from to finally be provided the contract to say I was going to be charged extra. Also upon picking up the vehicle I had to wait almost an hour to get my code to unlock the vehicle. When I make my way reservation it was open us to meet at I had to install an app. And upon installing the app it should've gave me further instructions however there's issues with the app had to call tech-support several times just to get a verification code and once the verification code was sent I still did not get it information on how to unlock the exterior padlock on the car. So I guess perhaps if you guys fix your technology train your customer service is probably can approve

Quen ANew trucks! Damaged my belongings because of your faulty latch on truck. On site manager just assumed I did something wrong. I have rented 100's of Uhauls in my lifetime and always check to make sure it is secure. So I know this is indeed your locations fault because of a horrible lily managed and maintained equipment. You lost me and countless others once I share this experience on my social media.

YURIDIA MCustomer service was pathetic. I reserved U-Haul for 1day. There was a padlock at the back door, for which I was not given the combination code. When I did complain after realizing and drive so many miles and came back empty handed, they told me that I have to pay for all travel miles where as complain department told me that some credit will be awarded but instead they charged me extra amount

Ezequiel MBetter signage. You should say something on the uhaul website or in the confirmation email that this is actually a storage facility that is only marked on the outside as storage. If I hadn't called and heard the recording say StorageOne, I would've never found it. The trucks are parked in the back, so you can't see anything that says uhaul anywhere from the street.
