Very smooth,easy set up online, van was ready when I got there, vehicle was brand new and clean, and overall a great place to rent a truck or van if needed.

We have rented here a few other times before. They are great people to deal with. However, our recent rental (Oct 9th), we selected the van for $19.99 plus mileage. Picked it up around 4pm and returned it last night just before 7pm. We received a text stating this and confused why we were charged the additional $20. We have dropped off after hours in the past and were never charged and had it for longer hours. Your rental is due back today at 8:00PM . Your return is to 9645 W TROPICANA AVE, LAS VEGAS NV. If you are dropping equipment after hours please use your mobile device to verify your equipment return by going to this link: https://www.uhaul.com/Orders/OrderDetail.aspx?resid=99228886&ln=Salgado or you can choose to have us verify it for you the next day for a $20.00 convenience fee. Remove the lock from the back off the truck. It was bouncing back and forth all the way through my destination. It took me awhile to realize what it was. If I'm not able to use it it shouldn't it should not be there. Maintain the side mirrors a little bit more because he's very difficult to position them properly because they are always stuck.

I was not told of the cost of the charge for dropping off later than time on contract. Also was not told there is a charge to use the dolly that comes with truck. I would have given myself more time on the contract if I'd known how much the extra charge was. I was a half hour late and it was a charge almost equal to the charge for a day. This should be told when renting the truck.

We had an issue after picking up the truck with the apt complex we were moving into, apt not ready til next week. Had to reschedule move for next weekend, returned truck with 2 miles on it. Would have appreciated only being charged for mileage since truck was returned within 30 minutes of picking it up and will be getting another one next week!

I made one trip to move in a truck. No issues. When I returned it there was damage to the top. The u haul was not inspected prior and when I asked to see the truck without the damage I was shown a truck on a lot in Arizona. No recent pictures of the vehicle to show it was ever in the lot I took it from in perfect condition. It was dirty and for a moving van I didn’t inspect scratches or damages. The truck didn’t go under any awnings besides the gas station. I got insurance but not super premium so it was a good chance for employee to tack on damage to the unlawful party. I will not go back and I will continue to share this story via social media outlets as the was unjust and my friend and I were profiled as a target to attach prior damage to.

I received a confirmation email that I can pick up the truck at 9:00 but they storage one place doesn’t open till 10;00. I had to wait an hour. I still have the email which I showed the lady at storage one

I reserved an appliance dolly and a truck. However the appliance dolly was not available and I was required to rent the truck at this location and travel to another location to obtain appliance dolly. Very disappointed and frustrated.

First let me say Customer Service was OUTSTANDING at this location!!!! My only suggestion is rethink the way you calculate gas usage. Your current method, in my opinion, is a rip off.

Drop off location was clean & staff was helpful. Then, after roadside assistance showed up & "fixed" the truck, I tried to call the drop off location with all 3 numbers listed for them at between 5:05pm and gave up after 6 calls by 5:20 as no one answered and automated system & website said nothing about a drop box option....and the last thing I was going to do was drive this 26ft truck all over town..... Plus, some how the pick up location didnt note that they failed to have the 24 moving blankets and the reservation still showed 24 blankets of which I didnt leave the 5 dirty (literally huge dead spider on one) bagged blankets in the truck, so I then got charged another $144.00 and had to call the drop off location, speak to Victoria about that additional fiasco, then bring those 5 blankets over & show her my receipt w/ the refunded blankets etc.... she then had to call & get info on how to fix that and credit the $144 charge. Really just a horrible experience overall.

First of all they should greet the customer to help them out. There respond shouldn't be i don't know. They should be greeting customer asking how they can help. They should say Let see if you are at the right location to drop off your truck.

Improve the phone check-in process. I had major issues with this and it was very frustrating. I'm not putting any blame on StorageOne, they were awesome. It's ust the mobile application that needs to have some bugs worked out. Other than that my rental experience was not bad at all. Thank you.
