Customer service was excellent, courteous and efficient. Due to a prediction of bad weather, I needed to move my reservation up one day. The agent was understanding and made this last minute change easy for me. I will use this location again, when needed.Frank Z.

No one was there. Even though the store had an open sign. Office was inaccessible. Had a gate that was activated by motion on the inside. No pedestrian access. With technology not working an automated site is useless.John R.
I made a reservation for this location. When I arrived, the reservation was moved to another location. That location was closed on Saturdays. The man did help me get a UHaul at his place, I had to get a much larger one that cost more. Due to UHaul making a mistake, I should not have been charged the difference. I could not do the late check in. You charge me a fee of $20. Even though the office was closed, I was not able to check in on my phone because the location services would not sure I was there. Very frustrating. I did the key drop. In fact I found another key on the ground and put that in there for you guys. You really need to take off my $20 processing late fee for checking in after hours. Customer service was abysmal. With in 5 minutes of leaving I noticed the tank was not full, called the shop and Steve, the employee was rude and obnoxious yelling at me and said he cant do anything about. Complete asshole. The response should have please come back and we will take care of it. Customers are expected to return the vehicles and park them in a mud pit. Would never rent from this location again.Michael D.

I arrived at Stor Ease to drop the truck off, that I used, within operating hours and no one was there. After a phone call or two to the corporate headquarters for Stor Ease they informed me that I could just leave the keys on the counter. Yes, the office was open but nobody was there on site!!! I ended up, after 30 minutes, connecting with their virtual representative and finalizing the drop off. Then they charged me $20 for â€œafter hoursâ€ drop off when I was clearly there before they were closed at 3pm!!!!!!! I consider this very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Mark C.

When I dropped off the truck the staff only told me to put truck in a spot and put key in keydrop. I was then charged for afterhours drop off even though I dropped off the truck during regular business hours. But because the person told me to put key in drop box I got charged for afterhours drop which wasn't the case.PAUL A.

The truck I received was filthy. I was two hours late picking up the truck I reserved and they said the truck had been given to someone else (I had reserved it for two days and there wasn't the same size available), so I received a smaller truck. I had to take an extra trip because of the smaller truck. I was told I would have to pay $.99 per mile after the exceeded miles I had already paid for. I returned the truck Sunday night, but according to my invoice I didn't return the truck until Monday morning around 7:45 AM, I got charged a late service fee for that. Think it's funny I also got charged a $25 cleaning fee for the truck when mine was ever cleaned out in the first place. There was nowhere to park our U-Haul when I returned it at the end. This was the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. My overall fee was over $300 for two days. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been trying to get in touch with this company for 48 hours to discuss the invoice, no one will answer the phone and the voicemail is full.Erica E.

Disappointed. I replaced the fuel I used. You charged me for 2 gallons at $12, but I actually replaced 3+ gallons before I returned the vehicle. I would like this refunded to me.William P.
Not the first time having issues with the owner of this particular place. I intentionally chose to utilize the skip the line process. I was under the impression it was contactless. I intentionally pre ordered what I needed in the truck (dozen pads) so there's little to no contact. Check in mobile and have to go inside to get the key. Get the key, move the truck to load my dolly and no pads. So I drive the truck to the office. Now there is a line. I wait (irritated), I'm on a schedule. I tell him there are supposed to be pads in the truck. He says he doesn't know that I needed pads. I said I pre paid for pads. He says uhaul doesn't tell him that I pre paid for pads. I said it's on my reservation. He says the system doesn't show him that. I go out to the truck get phone to pull up my reservation. $10 paid for a dozen pads. I go inside wait again. I show him my reservation and he sits there looking at me. Instead of saying oh ok I see you did pay let me get those for you. He points to the corner where there is a pile of pads. I said I paid for the pads to be put in the truck not me and my wife carrying them out. He jumps up starts yelling about how I'm rover there running my mouth ,like he is ready to fight, and I don't have to take his truck. Which led to shouting at each other. The amount of disrespect is appalling. I find it hard to believe the lack of communication between uhaul and truck owners.Gary P.
Used the other local Uhaul recently (on Oliver) and they were terrible! This location at Store Ease was AMAMZING! Gentleman working there so helpful - truck was clean. I will drive the extra distance to Store Ease next time I need a rental!Thomas R.

I received a bill for a cleaning fee, which is ridiculous since there was nothing in the truck accept the moving blankets and hand cart that I returned AND the ashes everywhere from the previous user. Also I was charge an after hours fee which makes no sense since the only difference was they had to grab the keys from the box. Also, there was no notice that there was a fee if dropped off after hours. I have sent an email about this and no one has responded to me.Corey B.

I had rented and made a reservation for a 20 foot truck at another location in Bluffton, but when I went to pick it up they didn't have it and tried to rent me a 10 foot truck which just wouldn't do. So I had to go to Store Ease and easily rented the truck I needed. It was smooth and easy unlike my experience at Midgard.Jon P.

It was a nice location but the day before my reservation for Savannah, I was notified that I had to go to Bluffton which is an hour of the way. I had movers lined up which I had to switch because I could not get back to storage unit in time. This was a huge inconvenience when I had this reservation for over a monthFrederick B.

The store manager was a complete jerk. He told me that the van only had a 1/4 tank of gas and I was TRYING to ask him what refund I would get if it had more than a 1/4 tank. He interrupted me, accused me of lying and threatened to not rent the van to me! What a poor representative! I will NEVER rent from this location again. The van stunk like wet dog, too. The tires were worn to the point where I wouldn't let my family drive with tires that worn. The turn signal didn't work for turning right. Worst experience ever.Tom R.

The only issue is that the Uhaul website references and offers pickup at any time but it is not a valid service. Had I not called ahead and spoken with Steve, I would have tried to pick up my truck before the store opened and would have had to wait.Jordan B.

The truck was clean, but I left it in better condition than what was received. And the previous driver(s) smoked. The sign at check in clearly stated a fee would be imposed for smoking in the cab. But I reported the problem to the gentleman and he indicated that that was not an enforceable statement. :(charles V.

We returned the truck by our 10am return time, I just had to park the truck somewhere else on the lot so actually returned keys at 10:04am, the representative did not check the vehicle back in with me present and did not give a receipt, he said we were all set, but then he didn't check the truck back in until 11:54pm per our receipt, and charged us an extra day as well as a missing/damage fee which was no applicable because the vehicle was not damaged. I am reporting to my credit card company as fraud and will no pay the additional charges. Extremely unethical for this representative to not check in the vehicle with the customer present.Kenneth D.

Parking was poor and the area where the trucks are located was flooded. Suggest alternative location to park the trucks otherwise be prepared to walk in water above your ankles to access the driver's door!matt G.

Dropped truck off on July 29 (during regular business hours 0930) and it wasn't processed until July 30 so they charged us an additional day and additional gas despite the gauge was left 7/8 exactly were it was when we picked it up.Frederick L.
