I made my uhaul reservation through the website. I was told in multiple emails and text messages that I would be able to pick up the truck I reserved at 8am via the after hours phone pick up process. I arrived at 8 am and was told I could not pick up the truck until the location opened. I also reserved 40 moving blankets but did not find out until I showed up that only 24 would be available for pickup.Tyler H.

Waited over 30 min for someone to come to desk. Had to go searching the property for an attendant. Didn't have moving pads as requested. Attendant didn't want to go into work on 12-24 the return date and didn't have a suitable drop off solution for after hours drop off, as in an appropriate lockbox for keys or appropriate parking location since the place is gated. Truck was poor condition also. We've rented at least 20 times from U-Haul at various locations and this was one of our worst experiences.jordan W.

Contract was not filled out properly. I rented for six days , 1200 miles .And based on the way the contract was filled out when I turned the truck in ,there were over 400 in extra charges. Fortunately the people at the drop off location recognized the problem and fixed it. Otherwise the equipment was great and it was a good tripTIMOTHY R.
Steve was very friendly and professional and provided outstanding customer service! The only downside was that the truck was filthy and smelled like smoke. We requested a 20' truck which was confirmed by UHaul. When picking up the truck there was only a 15' available. The truck only had 1/8 tank of gas and there were exhaust fumes leaking into the cabin of the truck while driving.Richard A.

Nothing. With online check-in, the only delay was seeing the updated contract with lowered costs because t hat location did not have the equipment I had requested. That was just as well, since my hired "load the truck" team had everything they needed. The truck was under 9k miles and, as advertised, drove like a van but hauled like a truck. He was able to do this for us even though the contract from the first place was done wrong. Don't double charge me day usage when I rented the truck for one day and the Uhaul agent told me I could use the truck for 33 hours for 1 day charge since the return day was Sunday and he was closed. He emailed me that also. Also don't overcharge mileage. The truck went out with 26 more miles on the odometer than the contract recorded.LYNN L.
