Joel ACan't think of anything. It was a smooth and easy transaction. The trailer worked and did exactly why I needed it to do when I rented it. Staff was very instructive, friendly and helpful. They even helped me check the lights on the trailer.

I showed up super frustrated because another location who had my reservation basically told me they could not help me because their system was down. They told me to come back some other time to pick up my truck, which obviously was gone with not going to work for us, so I stormed away frustrated and I called this location and even though their system was down Wendy took amazing care figured out how to manually enter the order and still drive away with the truck so she definitely went above and beyond she saved a day

Roger JDidnt charge my card and hits me with the bill a year later? I thought i was charged for it after the return, but a year later i have to call my bank and make sure i wasnt being double charged. Very shady and unprofessional. Not using uhaul anymore.

John WLove these ppl I was living in the apts near them. The nite a friend & I had been packing up everything for 2 days & so we went to casino for a few mins and when we got back we noticed a guy sitting in the car next to us we'll long story short we watched him and his buddy go over to there storage unit area and try to break in but we busted them and as they was walking over there we was on the phone with the police. They thanked me so many times it wasn't necessary and they gave me a card and some cash I tried to give it back but they wouldn't let me. Still their awesome ppl
