The vehicle was left with 1/8 a tank of gas. Don't think that should be common practice as I drove 15 miles and the gas light was on. Any other locations I have rented with over 1/2 a tank always.

the battery died while using it, took 30 minutes after reservation time to get approved, couldn't get ahold of anyone, and it's too expensive for a piece of junk

When I arrived to get my truck my phone would not let me pick it up. It said I was not at the location. I have an android and tried from 3 different phones. I finally tried with an iPhone. It worked fine. If I hadn't had an iPhone with me I would not have been able to pick up my truck.

I requested a few dozen moving blankets when I made my reservation weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was only given 6 blankets. The employee told me to call around to other locations and find my own moving blankets because that wasn't their job.

I rented vehicle said 1/4 tank of gas it wasn't. It was less so I returned it at same amount. But then got charged 56 00! I'm not happy

My storage unit leaked water in the fall/winter into my items through the cracks in the concrete floor. The rent was raised $30 per month as soon as the new owners took over,without any changes or improvements to my unit. Not thrilled with this facility. I would not reccommend.

The gas was at 1/4 tank when I picked the truck up. It is much easier to drop off the truck with a full tank rather than try to guess how to drop off the trick with a 1/4 tank.

When I returned the truck I discovered that the padlock for the overhead door would not lock. I spent 15 minutes trying to get it to lock and finally carefully laid it so it looked like it was locked. There was no one to report this to as the location was already closed. I was told that the location will be closed all weekend so I can't do anything about it tomorrow either. That means if someone goes snooping around and discovers that door is not locked, they can take the equipment inside and I will be liable for it even though the lock was faulty. I am not too happy about that but all I can do is hope that no one discovers it. Other than that, everything was fine.

The return process on Saturday afternoon was not easy. I had to call for tech support from U Haul. The rep could see I had submitted pics and mileage, but the program returned an http error and would not go on.

Disgraceful.....got all my valuables stolen even with all the cameras! Definitely would not recommend!

The rental was fine. The reservation orocess was very cumbersome and led to much angst and confusion. The cp checkout and check in took too long. It took almost an hour during checkout.

The App didn't work to do the mobile check-in. It started out to be such an easy seamless process but check-in sent me to a page that was "not found". I was on hold with support several different times as it was unclear what number to call and got transferred several times. The rep that helped us was fantastic and helped us stumble through the process on the website. We eventually got there but it took over an hour instead of a couple minutes.

It was really difficult to check out the truck and took almost an hour. There is terrible cell service at this location and it kept saying I wasn't there. I ended up having to use someone else's phone to check the truck out and the verification took over 30 minutes.

The only thing I have is if you need to drop off the equipment at a different location that you not charge the person double than what you paid to rent it. I can see charging a fee but not double. That's a little crazy.

Debbie couldn't have been nicer to me at a hard time in my life. Losing my husband, selling our home and starting a new life was made easier with all her help. Such a kind lady. The facility was so clean and handy and I would tell anyone to go there.

I dropped off trailer on a Sunday 12/19 and called on Monday 12/20 to verify drop-off. I have not received invoice as of 12/31

When coming into storage , I was pro rated, was charged for deposit, never stored anything there, due to selling the camper before moving it. When leaving they kept my deposit, because they said they don't prorate on exiting.

It took 2 hrs to get the keys for the truck we rented. We were given the wrong code to get the keys. The only reason it got resolved was bc I know someone who has a company that rents u hauls and he gave me the district managers cell. The whole process was totally ridiculous.

I had reserved a 26 foot truck online and the reservation went though. Received notification I can only get 20 foot I said that will be fine, THE DAY BEFORE I NEED THE TRUCK, I get notified I can only get a 10 foot truck to move a 2 700 square foot house, I made 6 trips, the lady was unsympathetic to my needs and was only worried about getting off work on time. Rushed me out the door and basically told me to deal with it, my reservation was GUARANTEED or I'd get $50 but it was so bad that I had to rent a 2nd I haul on a Sunday just to finish.

Rentals are 24 hours but every time i go here i am harrassed about wanting a uhaul for 24 hrs and how there not for 24 hr uses

Everything was absolutely perfect, the pickup experience was very easy and everyone was very friendly. The two gentleman that were there on a Saturday morning were very courteous and made sure all the additional items I ordered were in the truck before I even arrived. The truck was very clean and they even gave it an additional wipe down before I even left. Very impressed with the service and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a U-Haul in the future!

We always have a great experience with u-haul! We usually rent trailers, but this time it was a truck. They had it pulled up front warming up for us when we arrived. Great service!

The storage could use a inside storage with the same temp all year around on the inside by it being outside and in a in close space it causes to have creatures spiders and mouse , the late payment is a bit high it could come down some for people that can barely afford the late payment , but the worker deb is phenomenal person and help

They was do helpful. My other truck on Kimberly in Davenport had no keys and no other trucks. Kimberly location said they would make sure get $50 off and charge $.59 per mile.

Agent was unable to give me an approximate pickup time or pickup location making it difficult to plan my trip. I ended up scheduling the pickup day twenty-four hours prior to when the truck was needed.

Have trailers on hard surface

The equipment was clean, but not greatly maintained. The driver's side visor was broken. Every bump sounded like the box was going to fall off. No problems, just a lot of noise. I didn't like the fact that I was charged an extra day because I was 1 1/2 hours late returning this truck, but it was in the contract. I could see it if there was someone waiting for me to check it in or to rent it again, but there wasn't.

If using cash for payment and added deposit, I recommend conveying the policy on retrieval of deposit. (Optional) suggest a gift card of select retailers be sent by mail for their refundable amount. That also opens up the business opportunity to partner with retailers for increased profits.

My truck and car transport had to be done as a split contract. Getting the truck rented was a nightmare but the car transport was as expected.

The rubber pieces that go on the chain hooks were rotten petty good, I was worried they may break while stretching them on after hooking and unhooking the chains. Other than that it was extremely helpful to be able to rent the unit. Merci.

I do have a serious suggestion. Especially for women who are not mechanically inclined, yet also for anyone, to prevent loss of life as well as equipment, you should have a designated person qualified to secure the vehicle to a dolly. I had no one eperienced in that application, and if it were not for an experienced bystander who secured my car correctly, I would not be here to make this suggestion.

Debbie was very helpful when I picked up the trailer. She hooked it up for me, as I had no idea how to go about it. My husband usually does the pickup and driving but he had to work. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use this location again.

Got here with the correct amount of gas, and they made me go put $5 more in! Took the tank from 3/8 full to half a tank. I was only required to fill it back up where it started at 3/8 tank. U-haul is a scam! Paid extra up front, and then charged more on the back end for going over my miles! Total trip was under 200 miles. Had 225 miles to use, and all of sudden I drove 248? Crazy! Scam! Almost $400 to go 192 miles one way! Scam!

Make it easier to drive out of the lot. 26' Truck was parked with and other truck in front of it and they knew I needed it at 0730 for an app pickup. I had to back it with very little space between it and some RVs. And it had another truck and some trailers on either side. It Would have been nice to just drive it forward and out the driveway. Maybe put a cone in front if you don't want a customer to drop off a truck there, etc. Thanks.
