Employee couldn't find my order and a couple weeks later it was registered as not returned. The company reached out and we figured it out in a day, so awesome customer service there.

Evan BBut....I would tell them how the app didn't work for us at all. So....make sure you do it when they are in the office. Had problems with Padlock.
RODNEY FOrdered 24 furniture pads, we were told they were in the truck. Bring truck home and no furniture pads for movers to use. Waste of $20 and possible damage to our things.
COLLIN KI was very frustrated with this whole situation. I was supposed to pick up my equipment at a different facility. This facility contacted me only 24 hours before this was scheduled, and informed me that they did not have the equipment available. The employee who initially contacted me was unwilling to help me find a new pickup location. After much back and forth, I eventually received a new location from which to collect my equipment. However, the employee failed to recognize the hours of the store. I arrived at 9 am, when I was scheduled to pick up the truck, only to discover- after 30 minutes on hold with customer service- that the truck I was scheduled to pick up at 9 was actually not available until 10 because it had not been set up for online pick up. I would not recommend this company, and will not be renting from uhaul in the future.
Emily JI had to wait almost 45 minutes to get ahold of someone on U-Haul Chat because there was no lock and key for my specific truck. Now I have been overcharged when I was guaranteed I wouldn't be. Very disappointed with UHaul as a whole.
amanda bCould not get checked in. Took 45min and talking with the ladies at the store. After 45min they just gave me the keys and said they would get it figured out. Also I ordered a dolly and it was not with the truck. When asked about it I was told I could go to a different location and get one. Poor experience.

Vivian WI had a reservation for a pickup in Burnsville Minnesota for over a month and the day before I get notified I had to pick up the truck in Mankato. Over a hour away.
Hannah OWhen we returned the truck, we were told she was too busy to check us in. We were told to leave and she would do it later. Was then charged $1 per extra mile! We had to pick it up at a different location resulting in more miles, not our fault!!

Michael BI'm not sure. I was dealing with people at the destination of U-Hauls in the Mankato area. After putting in the information online it seemed to go a whole different direction from what I was looking for; and buy the time I got some E-mail heading me something like 30 to 40 miles from Mankato. My move is less than 4 miles round trip ! I wanted a 15 to 20 foot truck and ended working directly with the folks that are running the storage units on the site to get everything straightened out. Thank God they had a 10 foot that came in the night before or may have been Saturday morning!! I was calling all over and the regular U-Haul and the call service could not get me anything from Mankato. All the days I passed the main store there lot's where always full with moving trucks, pickup trucks and Vans I had asked them for a 20 foot truck and a trailer. So the truck I used was at the same place as my storage units. And was able to get most of my apartment two bedrooms and large living room and storage areas in apartment as well as my garage that I m still working on getting it moved to the storage units.
