Got a call from this location after hours and was given the most conflicting information. This service was horrible. The staff needs to be properly trained in customer service and operating procedures.

I called to get a Uhaul the last weekend in January as I closed on 1/29/2021 but this was unexpected. In calling around I got Becky and she explained they were sold out.....much to my surprise she called with a cancellation. I can not say enough great things about Becky's customer service! I was so taken with her kindness. Thank you again Becky and Gary!

Nothing really to improve the customer service. It's just very expensive to rent a truck, but I understand we all have to make money somehow.

The moving & storage office was locked when I arrived and there was no answer to the phone number on the WILL RETURN BY... sign. I had to wait about 20-25 minutes before someone showed up and I could collect my reserved truck. Otherwise, all went well.

This whole experience was a complete nightmare. The Truckshare is a great idea, but UHaul has no idea how to do it. We spent 3 hours online going through screen after screen with no real direction. There should be a smartphone app if this is how you want to run your business. It should not take 3 hours going thru different screens. UHaul made this experience suck. I will never rent from UHaul again.
