Ms Savana was very help. However, the vehicle was dirty and sand in the cargo bay.
George SThe U Haul application is awful. Took me 40 mins to finally pick up my truck. The locator recognition, backside of DL, and approval clocked excessively. I was late to met my load crew by 30 mins which cost me $50. This was my 10+ rental (3 college kids). I'll think twice before using U-Haul the next time. Very disappointing!
WILLIAM JReturned truck a day early during office hours and no employees were on duty. Called the number on the door and was transferred to a person who transferred me to facility managers phone which went directly to voice-mail. Had to return truck online, which included taking multiple pictures of truck and drop key in box. No feedback other than final receipt via email. Not a good experience, especially when I returned truck at 2 pm on a Friday and expected a smooth return experience.

Scott FI tried several times to contact this site. I went to the office and no one was there. Fortunately I have a storage unit there to gain access. I called the number on the gate and got the center. They had the site manager call me. I left the trailer where I was instructed. Could not answer my question of since I returned the auto transport 2 days early do I get a credit?

PAMELA NRental Pick-Up was supposed to be at 9:00AM on Saturday, however, the place was not opened until 9:30AM. Also, I chose the 24/7 pickup and drop-off option, but this was not useful because I still had to wait for the location to open up at 9:30AM until someone physically was there to hand me the rental truck key.

ETHAN JHave someone who actually knows what they're doing with U-Haul rentals. The person who helped me had NEVER done a U-Haul rental and couldn't tell me anything about my rental! They didn't confirm my equipment before charging me...we walked out to the lot and she realized it was not what I had requested (I had requested a tow dolly not an auto transport-so that was on whoever deserved that vis phone). I had to call three times to work out my refund. HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. Had someone just known what they were doing it would have been much better.
