Be better at returning phone calls. Not everyone is comfortable using the online platform.
Your reservation system was down at the location. I was told by the employee there that " this happens all the time at month end." This led to me not getting my rental on time. It was scheduled for 0915hrs but, I did not get into a vehicle until 1300hrs. The app that was suggested to download on my phone was 'not available in your country.' After searching the internet, I found the correct app. By this time, too much time had elapsed since my original pickup time, therefore I was not able to use the self check in option. I called the customer service number and was put on hold several times only to be told that someone would need to call me back. Once the next operator called me back, she reset my pickup time so I could use the self check in. I had hired movers sitting around being paid to do nothing. I had to eat the cost of 3 additional hours of hired help. I am very very dissatisfied with the overall experience, and moreover, this moved ended up costing me hundreds of extra dollars.
When I asked if the van had been wiped down, the man at the counter told me it hadn't. He then said it had been sitting for a couple of days, so it should be fine. This is unacceptable. COVID stays on surfaces for more than 48 hours. I had to wipe down the vehicle myself. I was not pleased.
From the get go, I was automatically emailed no less than 5 times! The in-store experience was unpleasant and unnecessarily slow (horrendously!) It took close to 40 minutes!!! And all that was needed was a truck!
What made the difference with this experience was the professionalism and compassion of there employee at the Canmore location. Nothing but great things to say about her and then experience she provided
Interior of cab was filled with crumbs and windows were pretty dirty
It was a very efficient and somewhat seamless rental and return. Only thing was, no one ever answered the phone.
It would be helpful if there was more parking available on the lot. Street parking in this area is very limited.
Sanitize/clean van interior.
Excellent, friendly and fast service. There is a real person there who knows what they are doing.
Check in process too some time, online or remote could help?

Kam was an excellent problem solver and intuitive toward the customers needs. Such a streasful time moving and Kam was a breath of fresh air during my move. I really apreciated that!
Staff were amazing, vehicle could use a bit of work on suspension but overall I would recommend this team and location to rent from.

The van was in good shape, it just wasn't clean. There was dirt/hair on the seats. It wasn't a big deal, just don't wear nice clothes. I enjoyed driving it though.
I WAS INFORMED THE RATE I WILL BE CHARGED IS 18 CENTS PER KM ON MY ACTUAL INVOICE I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 69 CENTS PER KM AND I TRIED CALLING TWICE BUT NOBODY PICKS UP
Very expensive to pay for gas as well as mileage. Perhaps a break through the Covid period would be thoughtful.

The gentleman that helped us was absolutely amazing. He made a busy stressful day easier for us and I appreciate it greatly.
Inside employee was complaining about not having lunch and was using inappropriate language when we was getting visibly frustrated with the computer system. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my vehicle when there was no one else in line.

Great experience. Everything went smooth. Staff were super helpful. Only negative, access codes were wrong but I figured it out.
Mechanical deficiencies need to be taken care of. Front end alignment issue causing vehicle to wander. Evident with and without load. Made note to attendant when dropping off.

The windshield was very dirty and hard to see out of. We also do not think it had wash fluid...or we couldn't figure it out. The employee that assisted us was very friendly and organized. She prepped our paperwork prior to us arriving which really sped up the process and was very much appreciated.

Just make sure to mention that there are two different and separate locations within Canmore.
Let them know on the phone that rent for a whole day is twice the advertised, which is for 4 hours

They charge to much / mile. Other than that everything was great. Kam was very helpfull and attentive.
I call them to extend my rent but they refused.. so I try my best to empty the truck so that we can return to shopmart , but my son so upset they not entertain my son properly no costumer service need more training ... the man who work there is Fred..

Horrible customer service. Very miserable, unhapppy, unfriendly service representative. Took 30 minutes to pick up a reserved vehicle that should've been ready.
Truck did the job but a very bumpy ride and although it didnt matter to us, truck could use a good wipe down in the cab. Your staff member on the desk is first class in all aspects! Efficient friendly and fun! Pass along the compliments to her please.

The administation side of the transaction was quite slow and frustrating. There was 8 people waiting and one staff member on my returning of the vehicle. He seemed to struggle with everything to.
