Al OuelletteOnly one concern: When checking the final receipt I noticed that it shows "MI Out" at 2009 and "Mi In" at 2015.7. with a rate per mile and a rate per Km, and 6,7 MI driven. However, when I check the actual distance driven, it should be 6,7KM not Miles. Not a huge issue for me since it's only $4,62 but for someone that does greater distance.....
Michael StoneleighOnline check in said to find keys go to west fence and look for key box, when we contacted online chat for support they also said key box on west fence, we spent 40 minutes looking for the key box before we found the black key box near the south fence nowhere near where we were instructed to look and it was frozen solid and not easy to get into. Everything else was great but the pickup instructions on where to find keys were incorrect and cut into rental time. Please fix the online check in instructions so it's clear where to find keys. Also trucks should have an ice/snow brush for winter

Hank WilliamsI was not impressed with the lack of explanation around the quote before I left with my rental. When I returned, I was charged an enormous rate and then the explanations came.... When I completed the estimated quote online and reserved my rental, it was nowhere near what I was charged in the end. I feel that the Owen Sound site did this on purpose. I was duped for sure!

Dawn GatemanA lot of signing in and waiting for a code back to get the vehicle and get back into the compound was a bit of a pain. Also, if you are renting a vehicle that is from the U.S. maybe tell customers that it is in mph vs kph so they don't go racing through city streets and thinking something is wrong with the vehicle.

taye kassaPassenger mirror just soun around. Plus this location rented the 26' truck u had reserved for Wednesday july19th to someone Tues July 18th at 3:45 pm in afternoon. We all know there was no way that person was going to use a 26 foot truck from 3:45 pm and have it returned Wed July 19 by 8:00am. And if course they didn't. So as far as our word of mouth u haul reservations mean NOTHING
Derrick MoiseOn line app is not user friendly at all, after signing in to the app it sends a code but have to go to my email/ txt to get it but then the app doesn’t allow me to return to input and I had to start over but same thing kept happening????

DWAYNE KIRKI would recommend the location but I would also recommend make sure you watch the website for you reservations because they switched the size of truck that I needed for my move. I would have went to the place 10 min from my house for the 15' truck but I drove the hour as I needed the 26' truck. Not ok that they switch the size you need without notification. And no discount was added for there mistake, it was just pushed on the main booking service

New manager Chris processed my order in a timely fashion, and Cody had my vehicle ready -- he even circumvented "glitches" in the U-Haul online booking system to make sure I got the right vehicle AND was insured properly! This location is the gold standard for U-Haul service.
