The service was excellent! I was able to get a vehicle right away and the service person was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I found some very minor damage to an outlet at the rear of the truck for a hitch, but was informed by service person that the issue was addressed and was in the process of being taking care of. I rented my vehicle at Stowaway Storage in Mine Hill, NJ. The location is conveniently close to where I live and I've never had any issue with them. Very accommodating.

JOM GThe 10 foot U haul truck was unsafe to drive. It had 120 000 miles on it, the doors would shut properly, the shocks were so bad that the truck bounced all over the road. There were Duncan Doughnut remnants in the front cab from the last renter.
John AThe truck had 159K on it! It was a real clunker! 17 miles away from my Ledgewood NJ address. Charged me for every Mile! I'll never rent a clunker from you again! Thanks for nothing and I mean nothing!!!!! You should have some shame! The people at the site were outstanding even renting your junk trucks!!!

EDWARD VI originally had my reservation set for a location in Budd Lake. When I arrived, there was no one there, so no way for me to get the truck I reserved. I tried calling their phone number with no response. I did speak with Kayla with customer service at Uhaul who was very helpful, but it took 30 minutes for me to get my reservation relocated to Mine Hill. It was very inconvenient and a poor experience.

He was forthright and honest. The quote that he provided me was the price that I paid. The location didn't have a large selection, but it suited my needs. I would highly recommend this location for U-Haul rentals. I'm not familiar with their storage facilities, but I would confide in them as well. Sincerely, Gerry Cuon

Robert BUhaul continues to tell me I did not return the vehicle. I want to give my experience ZERO stars due to the headache this is causing me trying to prove I returned the items at the location provided in my contract but Uhaul keeps saying I did not. If it were not for the helpful representatives AT the locations this review would be terrible. i NEVER WANT TO USE UHAUL AGAIN
