Drop off location was great. Pickup location, Davenport, Washington, posted an extra charge on my credit card,3 days after returning the truck. No damage no extra milage, drop off report is clean, and I can get no explanation from him
get more experience with the Uhaul business. The man (Jeff) is somewhat new to the business. Once he gets familiar with the computer end of the business, Im sure he will be a 5 star location. Type of guy that is good for business. I would recommend this location for Uhaul rental to most anyone.

Have the equipment that was reserved at a specific location there. Do not wait until evening before scheduled pickup to notify customer that equipment will not be available!
Everything went fine Took awhile to find where to pickup the truck though
