The place is called " Straight Up" It is a Dope Store and a Wine Beer store I dropped my truck off a day early and the person working did not check in the truck. Three days later I received a call asking if I was going to return the truck. I received a bill for the 3 days they said I did not return the truck.

Better description of WHERE the vehicle is/didn’t have my furniture pads and STILL haven’t been refunded for them.

Location was not clearly identified as u-haul pick up location. Was left standing a couple of times while they took care of other customers. This was not the original location that we scheduled our pick up at.

Unexpected “rental fee” more then doubled my expected cost

Booked online and it took them 30 min in the store to get me my truck. They were distracted by people coming in the store and they had to call another party to figure things out. Never again!

Terrible. Charged me for 2 rental periods when I only had the truck for 3 hours.

I returned my trailer the same day before the store closed or the evening. I received a call the following day asking me when I was going to return it. I have a picture of it sitting in the lot disconnected from my vehicle. I received no paperwork at pick up or drop off.

I turned in the uhaul and dolly to gentleman behind the desk a day early, handing him the keys. He stated there was nothing more needed when I asked. The following day I received a call from uhaul asking if I'd be late turning in the truck. Didn't give me confidence in the return when I already didn't feel great about it.

I reserved an appliance dolly and a dozen moving blankets. Neither were there for me to use.

Go to a u-haul location NOT a vendor, or secondary contractor!!

Nice customer service and spacious area to drop off the trucks.

The person that does the rental was at home. Had to do it over the phone. Took some time because I messed up when I reserved the truck. It just took a lot of time.

I was forced to pick-up there and it was an authorized dealer, so the whole situation was weird... would've rather picked up from the location that I had picked
