I booked U-Haul for 9am... Streamside Grocery was not open. Walked around for several minutes then a gentleman working next door contacted the owner... they did not open till 10am. Came back for 10:00am on the dot, still not open. Employee arrives 15mins late, has to open the store before addressing my service. 1 hour and 45mins after my scheduled pickup time, was I able to drive off with the truck. Would not recommend this location EVER.

Have the gas tank always on full. It would make it easier to judge when filling back up to 5/8 or just above the 1/4 mark on the gas gage. The u-hull site kept crashing, we had to restart my information 3 times before it accepted it.

The issue wasn't particularly with the pick up and drop off locations but my overall experience with UHaul was bad and I won't be using you again if there is literally any other option. I confirmed my pickup location as Topaz Ave (which is the biggest depot in Victoria) in the reservation. The day before I'm to pick up the truck I happen to go online and check and the pickup location has been changed to this tiny grocery out in Langford with NO NOTIFICATION. I had no way to GET to Langford so I called customer service and they told me too bad, take a taxi. To be frank the customer service rep was very rude. So having to go to Langford threw my whole moving day off and forced me to work until 10 pm. Oh, and your website quotes in USD with no indication of that that I can see, so I was expecting $300 + tax and wound up paying $476. The whole thing sucked and your customer service being rude to me was just the cherry on top. Figure your shit out.
