I was told 29 had the vehicle app 4 hours charged my card 135,88 called to ask why, charged me for over 50 miles 41 charged a 15 just because they can charge and said they put in 42 for 10 gal of gas, gas is 2,85 from the same station small truck used 1/8 tank so Uhaul stole about 80 from my account

Had to ask for help to lift hitch on truck they didn't check lights on uhaul and we didn't have signal or brake lights almost got hit pulling into driveway to load up and guy stopped to tell us.

Staff wrote my name and number down to return my rental and didn’t do it for 5 days causing me to be overcharged.

The gentleman had be check the back of the truck for a dully. When there wasn't one he said "sometimes we forget to take them out" and proceeded to check other trucks. While I took pictures of some damages on the truck. When he did find a dully in a truck I asked if that dully goes in this truck. He said no I didn't add any equipment. Once I returned the truck I received a significant higher bill the next day and had a charge for missing equipment. I called U-Haul to dispute it which there is a case open for it. However, the gentleman pointed out that I was charged initially for $7 for a dully which I never even received to only be charged for missing equipment.

Trailer still had belongings in it from previous renter. I was told go hook up this number trailer and drive it up here and I'll take a photo. After lifting this trailer alone and no trailer stands around to keep the tongue up off the ground. I drove to the front door as requested. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to take the photo of the trailer. If you want it hooked up per your standards. Come help. Don't send someone to hook up a trailer and drive around your gas pumps before you check it.

Brakes made terrible noises the whole time I had the truck and wouldn't stop a Honda civic. Very slow inside the market

Mirrors on truck was loose, wouldn't stay tight, kept moving, had to adjust and readjust to back up. Pop sickle wrappers blowing out from under seat.

Everything went smooth at pickup time. Was actually able to pick up the truck a little earlier than reserved for.

When you pick up a trailer it would be nice if they would help you pick up the heavy trailer and put it on the hitch

Had no problem picking up here. Problem was my original rental was cancelled and had no call that it was. Someone did get me to this location with extra miles I did not need and cost me more for rental.

Uhaul pickup location edited our rental without permission and over charged us 78 dollars.

Friendly drop off. Come hungry, they have a great little deli and convenience store

I did not feel they were expecting my return. Computer was not up and running. Once they got online, everything was smooth.

My husband tried to drop the trailer on Saturday and the clerk did not know how to check it in. Sunday we had prior engagements and was 1 hour late dropping off which then I was charged a late fee. Locations should have all trained employees or fees should be waived when they do not know how to receive the trailer back into inventory. Very disappointed in the late fee.

Have a better/quicker checkout routine.

I went to pick up my reservation and had to wait almost an hour to get it and then when I did I only added safe tow for the trailer and then safe trip was added to my reservation to and I didn’t want it and then get my trailer to my house and open the forks and it’s got all kinds of fire proof Blakets in it I’m very upset with this and will NEVER go back to this location for a u-haul and hopefully I get refunded or something because this is ridiculous
