The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Michael FI was given a vehicle on empty and told to fill it up. I spent $117 on gas and was given a $30 credit. This is literal robbery.

Mitchell GI was supposed to pick my truck at at 9:30, we didn't leave the lot until 10:00 because there was only one person working who could not care less about making 5 seperate customers wait. The truck had 187 000 miles on it and was barely driveable on the highway with the amount of play in the wheel and how easily it follows grooves in the road. Truck id is DC1698 D, license plate Arizona , AL85978. This truck should not be in your rental program and needs serious maintenance before someone gets killed. Will not rent from U-Haul again.

Tiago CDon't depend on UHaul I arrived and my trailer was there, but the Dolly and moving blankets were not available, even though reserved. The clerk told me that there were no guarantees on anything you reserve except for the truck or trailer. I was not told that when I made the reservation. This is the second time it has happened to me and I think this is a UHaul problem, not a dealer problem. Bottom line, get your extras somewhere else if you need to be sure you will hae them.

Peter GIn addition to generally poor service. The location had no furniture dolly as reserved. I received no notice that the reserved equipment was not available. Basically - "you can go somewhere else if you like; but we don't guarantee the dollies."

Benito PActual pickup process for online order confusing and stressful - onsite agent was unhelpful. Ordered dolly and furniture pad were not provided, but still charged even when checked as missing on pickup checklist. Self-return was also confusing and non-transparent - again agent was not helpful. Will not order from this location again.
Chia-Heng YPoor check in which was done incorrectly. My reservation was correct in the system from the area office. I do not know why she changed it. The rental ended up costing more than it should have and after an hour of trying to check the truck returned I finally gave up and agreed to the inflated rental rate.
Clayton GI've always used this location. I have been coming here for years. The reason I choose this place is because Ms Deborah is the best person to rent a truck from. She is professional,fast, and offers friendly service. I would recommend it to anyone.

I arrived there and was told we don't take trailers so I had to find another location in rush hour traffic. Brian KThe customer service at this location was terrible. The staff was rude and upset that we bothered her to do a drop off. She was a very poor communicator and did not direct us to where we should park. After check out, she carelessly drove away to park the truck and in a tight turn hit the gas station. Overall, would not recommend this location based on this experience.
Estela COrdered dolly rentals - was left a note when I arrived OK THE DAY OF to find out they weren't included! Do you realise how inconvenient this is to start scrambling finding dollies to assist on the move? I'll be recommending everyone I know to stay away from U-Haul for good.

John CThe employee checked my lights and said they were good. But when I loaded up and left I got out to check the back doors and realized the right turn signal was working on my car but not on the trailer. It is dangerous to not have working turn signals. 2 trucks honked at me when I was changing lanes on the freeway because I did not signal because the light was out. Why is it ok for employees to lie?
Penelope MI ordered 2 furniture dolly and 1 utility dolly several days before pickup. When I arrived they only had 1 furniture dolly. What is the point of making a reservation if you don't have enough items.
Markos SI rented a dolly and furniture mover. They did not have them when I arrived. They need to tell you they aren't available on the app or through email. I had to go spend $350 to purchase the items needed. I came 1200 miles to help my daughter move and I spent 2 hours trying to find the equipment needed. If I had knowledge of lack of equipment ahead of time I would have prepared for it.
Christopher DThe U-Haul location at Studemont Shell in Houston, Texas, was great! I have used U-Haul for over 40 years. Prior to my most recent rental, however, I did not know that Studemont Shell was an authorized U-Haul location. After working with them, I will be back. The location was clean and the personnel were helpful and efficient. I had a rather sudden emergency come up where I needed a 9'x12' trailer. This was the only location that had the equipment I needed, at the time I needed it. Online reservations and check-in were easy. Everything went smoothly. Je les recommande chaudement.

Dr AThe person behind the counter was rude , she didn’t wanted to do her job and staying seated was more of her concern than to even move to grab the keys for the vehicle ,from a table near by was a inconvenience , her face expressions of discontent because now she had to work and process my reservation was a inconvenience and it seem as me picking up the equipment on a Saturday was also a inconvenience to her , the lack of appreciation for my business and the “ I don’t like my job attitude ” was so visible by the employee, I didn’t wanted to lease the equipment from the location but I didn’t have any other choice , the reason I choose the location was because it was close to my house but if I knew there is really bad service there I would not have chosen the location , I guess sometimes you really need to pay attention to the reviews online , anyway never ever I would bring my business there and I’ll for sure not refer that location to any one I know

Timothy JThe office space was cramped, hot and dirty with a moldy fan, and the employee sounded sad and uncomfortable. Better working conditions would be beneficial for both employee and customer experience. A pro was that the employee was flexible answered our questions without any issues.
Vy CI made a reservation for dolly as well but it was not prepared at all even though I paid for it.
