Customer service was on point! Very helpful and polite. We were in and out in no time beings that we were given suggestions on what to have completed before arriving to pick up the vehicle. We did not do the mobile app, we would like to see people employed!!! Thank you:)

Johnny CUnfortunately the cell service does not work well at this location. Maybe some sort of free wifi at this location to complete online 24/7 rental pickups would be great for the U-Haul company to add here.

Joshua WJH4795F was the truck i used for my one way trip. I know its not the dealer location fault but the truck i was in was a death trap. Needed a wheel alignment badly, pulled to right hard. And whole cab bounced up and down 75 % of my 4 hr drive behind the wheel.
WILLIAM PMartha continually makes sure I get the trailer I need when I need it which is why I go to her when two other dealers are closer.
Ron PFriendly staff, clean trucks. Location is fine. However my entire experience should be what can be reviewed. I will never use uhaul again. Made my reservation two weeks in advance and got fucked the day of pickup. And customer service is absolutely horrible.
Dan TMs. Márquez was amazing and knows the true meaning of customer service. The paperwork process went smoothly, even while teaching a new-hire how to enter info on the computer. She made sure that paperwork was fine correctly and then came out to make sure the trailer hook-up was done right. She bud me a safe and fun trip.

Justin BI rented three 26 foot box trucks to take my furniture from Indiana to Tennessee, the same distance every trip. The first one cost a little under $700. The second one cost a little over $800. The third one cost over $1100. I reserved the first and second trucks in person at the rental store. The third one I reserved on line. These rates going up as they did was very unjust to me. I would not recomment these services to anyone. I reserved these trucks in a span of about three or four weeks.

Laura Tthe location was friendly, but the truck was VERY dirty, the back was full of dirt and the cab had food bags and the cup holders were sticky. we requested furniture pads but we didn't get any. U-Haul was notified by the location rep immediately, but we were still charged for them.
