Maintain the trucks better...the first bump I hit on I-25 caused the driver's side mirror to move so much that I was left with a blind spot. Routine maintenance should have identified the issue before I did going 65 MPH with semis passing me...

the location should not rent trucks, it is a fitness trainer we had to wait for 15 min for him to finish with a work out. when we returned the truck we had to wait 30 min with no one ever showing up to turn in the truck

Make sure the trailer doesn't have someone's left over cardboard boxes in it and most importantly that it doesn't have a lock on the door.

UHaul truck was dirty upon pick-up. No assistance was provided when attaching car transport trailer to truck. Blankets and dolly were not provided despite being ordered in advance. Poor customer service.

Returned the trailer to a location given to me by another Uhaul location which I tried to return the trailer to. The second location representative refused to accept the trailer. I left the trailer at that location as it was an authorized UHaul location. The employee refused to perform his duties by not documenting the trailer returned.

Guy was nice and friendly, but I had to do everything by myself. A 6 x 12 enclosed trailer is heavy on a slope. I managed, but not impressed. I would go elsewhere to rent the next time.

The owner was more focused on his fitness clients than his U-Haul business and had a bad attitude. Told me if I had any problems with the truck to call U-Haul and if I called him he would hang up on me. Poor customer service!

The location was I was guaranteed was switched at the last moment to a location that was on the extreme opposite side of town. Although I was given extra miles on the vehicle, I had to take up a significant amount of extra time to get the truck picked up and retrieve my vehicle, not to mention the extra gas I had to put in the truck. The person that helped me when I picked up the truck was not personable. I will avoid using U-Haul in the future due to the experience.

the location was fine, but I did have to drive over an hour away for a truck. When we arrived we realized we were getting the oldest/most beat up truck parked in the lot.

The person that owns the gym there is not into any customer service for u-haul customers. He primary focus and energy is running a fitness studio. Called me running late, slept in one hour. When returning the truck he threatened a $70 charge to my credit card in order for him to step away from fitness studio to verify my mileage for the day. I actually saw no one working out and he was dusting the weights. Too expensive to leave the studio in order help return a truck I guess. Actually charged me $25 eventually for a clean up fee and the truck was spotless. I told him that was dishonest and he told me to never step foot in his studio or on his property again.

We had a terrible experience. We reserved our truck a month in advance. We were scheduled for a 730am pickup, but the day before around 5pm they called us and said they didn’t have a truck until after 3pm — the location had also shifted. While on our way to the new location just before 330 (they had changed it again that day), they called and told us they did not have the size truck we needed — so they sent us to another location 30 minutes away. We were told they would send us the address of the new location but did not, so we scrambled to call around to each location to see if they had our reservation — they did not. We stopped in to one of the locations (because we were already on our way) and someone helped us look up where our reservation was — they did not reserve us in that city at all, instead for a location an additional hour away. We had to call Uhaul over and over throughout this process, as they were so unorganized and they kept giving us incorrect or continuously-changing info. We didn’t end up getting back home with our truck until 730, 12 hours after we were originally scheduled for. For people who are wanting to stay on schedule for moving, or for people who have time-restraints as to when you need to be out, I’d recommend going with another company.

Horrible reservation system. Two weeks in a row my reservation got cancelled. Even spoke to the Southern Colorado manager too bad so sad. Had to rent a truck two weeks in a row because my original 26-foot truck became unavailable. No offer to make it right.

I was told the 6'x12' trailer would be ready at 8am at this location. First, it took a while to find it as it is located in a gym, and there is only one small UHaul sign in the bottom corner of a window. Second, I had to wait till they opened at 9am to get the trailer, why UHaul scheduled the pickup at 8am is beyond me.

Nothing! The franchise owner did an excellent job and went above and beyond changing my truck to a larger truck at the very last minute to meet my requirements. I also like the full tank policy on check out/check in. It takes out the guesswork wondering how much gas to have in the tank when I returned the vehicle. I would highly recommend this location!

I first have to say it wasn’t the best experience with uhaul in general since this was the third location I had to go to to get the trailer. I reserved it online and was called to say they didn’t have the trailer basically half a hour before pickup. (Woodmen location )Then they gave me a new location for the next morning. But ended up cancelling the wrong reservation. So I had to get back online and reserve a new location and time. So showed up to next uhaul location (Nevada location ) . They didn’t not have my trailer and said I would have to go to another location the general manager was rude and I would never use that location . I ask for a discount since I had already went through a tank of gas from day before and day of due to my location. So continued to studio fitness ( Gleneagle ) location was fine and customer service was great . Trailer was not in the best condition , squeaky axel and the wiring harness was missing but we hooked up new harness . Over all experience at studio fitness was good , other then I had to leave a day later and was busy at that location so had to wait about a hour . I will probably not use uhaul again unless I absolutely had too thought I would at least be honored what was mentioned in the reservation location online. Was the worst experience I have had with uhaul. Also would not recommend anyone to Nevada location ever. I have spent thousands of dollars with uhaul and was a loyal customer till now.

When we arrived for our appointment no one was there. It was a gym with no visible UHauls...just a small UHaul poster in the window front. The man who arrived about ten minutes later was a little scattered acting but helpful. He was very helpful confirming our needed trailer size and registration. However, when I asked about blankets and a lock, he told me we did not get blankets or a lock for the trailer because we did not ask for them. When we made our reservation we were not asked about blankets nor a lock nor a hitch. To assist customers in the future, I recommend the reservation representative asks more questions over the phone to help during the reservation process. This would make UHaul more money as well helping the customer think of and pay for what they need. He gave us four blankets but complained we shouldn't get them because we did not ask for them and told us we needed to go buy a lock if we wanted one for the trailer. Thankfully, we already had a UHaul hitch from a previous purchase (not sure what would have happened if I didn't already have that - it too was not mentioned during the reservation process). When attaching the UHaul trailer, he wrapped the chains around the hitch instead of attaching them because he said the clip wouldn't work. Said that would work fine. Additionally, the drop off location he gave me was an hour drive from my zip code (and I know of 2 UHaul locations near my zip code he could not find in his system). Before we left, he told me, "if you need anything after you drive away DO NOT call me. I WILL NOT answer your call and I WILL NOT act like I know you. You need to call UHaul from this time forward if you need anything else". The upside was we got the rental we needed and it got us to our destination. The downside was the experience felt weird like it was not really UHaul we were working with.
