The person who rented us the van was great. We had problems reserving the van online, but he accommodated us as a walk in.
The team for the job done. There was just a lot of misunderstanding l, perhaps on my part, about tying in a registration to the U-Haul website.
The gentleman who rented to us was so efficient and helpful.
There was a lot of confusion when we arrived for pickup. The person at the counter didn't understand that we already had a reservation or how to get us the key. After a while on the phone with her manager we got it figured out.
The truck still had somebody else's belongings in it, so it's obvious the inside of the truck was not inspected upon its return.
When I went to return the truck, i had to wait on a Manager to drive to the location to check the truck in...because the girl behind the desk did not know how. Then when the manager got there, he questioned me as to why i was covered and didn't owe him any money.

The rep was smoking pot in front of the store when I arrived. He was rude, he yelled at me when I requested an appliance dolly. I was over charged on mileage. He lied to me over the phone about being able to have the truck for 2 days, but when I picked the truck up I was told Id have to return it by 9 AM the next morning. He made a stressful day worse!!!!!!! I will never spend another penny in that store EVER. Christine Talley
the uhaul app was SUPER easy and quick. Russell was friendly and helpful at the close out of my usage of the truck.

I would like someone to call me. This was the worst experience I've had with Uhaul. Took 30-45 minutes to rent the truck and when I returned it, I could not get a receipt because the person working did not know how to do that.
The truck interior and windows were dirty and the rental process took longer than necessary. Additionally, the truck had repeated tire pressure sensor problems on the trip. The truck was exceedingly uncomfortable to drive.
The pick-up was not the same as the drop-off location. Which made for retrieving my car hugely inconvenient. Plus the pick-up/drop-off location ate into my allocated “30 milesâ€. I virtually guided the staff through their own software system and I was kept waiting for my truck one hour.
Did the online check in with my phone , thought it would be easier but when it was time to go in to get the keys the clerk had no idea what I was talking about, poorly trained if she was even trained. When we finally got home n opened the truck it was dirty and greasy we tried returning for a different one and the same clerk said no. So we had no choice , all of our stuff got dirty.
Woman had no idea what was going on didn't even give me a contract I later found out if I had been pulled over with the U-Haul that I probably would've been arrested and taken in for stealing a U-Haul because she never made an appropriate contract Major fail never ever using U-Haul again
I am very confused by the amount I was charged! I rented a small truck for 24hours and I was qouted $30 dollars for the rental and was charged $74!!! This is not what I was told I would be charged by the woman at the counter. I asked for a receipt of my rental and she said she didn't know how to do it because she was new but assured me of the price. She said the owner of the store would be back later and would finish everything up. Well, I never received any kind of a receipt and was charged over $70!! And now when I call uhaul to get a understanding of my charges, I wait in hold for over 20 min and never get a answer from anyone.

The reservation process was a mess! Made a reservation & 48 hrs before move , got email giving me choices of pickup locations which confused me when I already had things set up! Also the new options were half the price of my original reservation- it required two calls to the 800 number! The first call was horrible as the woman could not help me & told me the dept was closed! Why send me an email at the time u are closed! This experience was very stressful & disappointing!
It was hard to locate and parking the vehicle instructions were unclear I also returned the truck a day early and have not seen a credit yet
No where to park the truck. It's a gas station and there was no where to really leave the truck. The person who helped me didn't know how the fuel policy worked and wanted me to fill up the truck even though my contract was only for 7/16 full. The inside of the gas station was not clean and the desk space was a mess. Didn't even know I was bringing the truck back that night to his location.
The website says that it opens at 8 am, but it actually opens at 7 am.
Got there with everything filled out online. The clerk was clueless. My truck was full of leaves. The gas tank was only at 1/4 tank when the list said it was fuller. When I arrived my reservation was unknown and pointless time was wasted. I've never had a bad experience until now with atleast 3 other rentals and I most likely will defer from ever using uhaul especially this locations again.
The personnel took a while to figure out how to accept my return of the truck, despite my scheduling it to be dropped off there.
