Rented a 15’ truck and was charged for 20’ truck. Told me they would be open for return and wasn’t had to call U-Haul took over hour made late for appointment horrible service.

the lady was rude, and eating, and the dolly wasnt even in the truck, i had to ask for it, and the gas showed more than what was in the truck, i didnt want to mess with her again

I Goggled U-Hail return sites near me. When I arrived at the first location, it did not exist. I googled a second location and drove 3 miles to that location. Upon arriving there, the sign in the window said open yet the door was locked and no one was inside. I googled a third location and called them to be sure they were open. I drove an extra 5 miles to that site to return the truck. By this time I had incurred additional mileage (and associated overage charges) that I would not have had if I had driven directly to that third side to start with. Very disappointing to say the least! I will be using someone else in the future.

I reserved a truck via mobile for self pickup at 7am at the summit location. I did everything right. When I got there, there was no key in the box, truck was not ready and I thought my day was ruined. I planned my entire day around starting early. Well following the instructions on the app, it directed to another agent , whose name I forgot. Thia guy completely made my day. He apologized for the issue. He directed towards another location to pick up another truck, he reimbursed me for quite a few things, and he was very nice. The best part is that he completely turned a horrible day into a very good day. So I cannot rate this location accurately. But this guy should get 10 stars! Now the problem at hand is clearly the communication between the app and the uhaul dealers. That needs to be fixed. But yes, I wanna say his name was ERIC? Anyways, thanks man. I cant thank you enough. You deserve a raise !

Location was difficult to access. No room to maneuver vehicles with trailers. No one in the office even though we arrived during normal business hours.

I was upset with the customer service department that reserved this location. I ask her specifically for a furniture dolly. The customer service rep ensured me that the location had one. When I got there the onsite employee stated that they did not. Without that dolly made my move extremely difficult. Please trained your customer service department to verify with the locations that they equipment is available. This will avoid fustration from the customer and the store location employee's.

My gas gauge was recorded wrong and U-Haul wanted to charge me $45 for gas and which I reported it before I left they said they would fix it they never did

Was charged over 209 dollars from OKC to Berryville Arkansas. I asked to return it on the 24. 4 days of rental. Was charged another 91 dollars the day it was turned in.. totaly wrong. Not happy at all.
