Was not the location that we had originally placed the online rental for the vehicle. The employee there acted like he was doing us a favor by renting us the truck. The truck was on empty. When asked how come there was no gas the employee said that he did have a drivers license to go get gas for it. We also placed a an order for a dolly online however there were none there whci hwe would hope to have been notified by email that we needed to go to another location and either purchase one or rent on.

Was told it wouldn't be a problem to drop off an Interstate rental but you charged me anyway for WRONGDROPOFF. Will never recommend or use your Co ever again. Dont spend the $117 in one place. You wont get a dime from myself or anyone I can dissuade from using your petty Co. ever again.

This location was horrible and the return agent was awful. The location was dirty and very uncomfortable for a woman alone. I would not recommend it to anyone.

old and creepy location

It seamed very sketchy and dirty. Half the lights were not working, open electrical boxes.

Very unprofessional, guy came from back putting his shirt on no shoes, dog barking, kids with no shirts or shoes on, truck was not clean still had items it, had to remove I had to wait, truck had no gas had to put gas in it and that's just picking up the truck. Returning truck, no lights or defining where to leave truck, grass over grown, gravel lot has more personal junk and less space for Uhual equipment. Horrible experience!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Truck was dirty and damaged. Charged me for 2 gallons of fuel when I brought back with same ( and probably more) fuel than when I got truck. I have pictures to prove it. Will not rent from this facility again.

Old building on location looks pretty seedy. However, personnel were friendly and took care of us quickly.

David and his wife made the whole process simple and quick. No hidden fees or complications. The van they offered was the perfect size and the air conditioner probably saved my life from overheating during my move! I'd recommend them to anyone in my area and will definitely use them again!

Service was extraordinary! We took a chance on getting our project accomplished on late Sunday rather than waiting until Monday morning. We were received with friendly service and were able to cut three hours off our Monday prep for our summer's trip! Thank you. We had no problems and were able to return the trailer within a couple hours to the same spot where we picked it up. There was one point I did want to clear up: when I asked the attendant if he had noted that the wheel wells were dented, he said "Don't worry about it-you bought the insurance." Thinking about that later, I didn't purchase the insurance to cover pre-existing damage! So please note that I take no responsibility for the minor wheel well dents from previous bumps. We incurred zero damage!

The location is hard to reach and in a less then safe feeling area. Also tried to up charge me for gas when tank was set back to half. Have photos to prove such.

Had requested a truck near my home but ended up having to drive 30 minutes to pick it up which was disappointing. The person helping us wasn't very friendly and when asked questions all he would say was, "It's my job".

This comment is not about the location. When I ordered the truck online, they said I could pick it up at a location less than 5 miles from my house. When they called me to let me know the truck was ready, they told me I had to pick it up at another location over 35 miles away.

My trailer did not come equip with stand to lift over there the hitch ball.It was difficult lifting off the hitch. plus their was a flat tire in which the service man fix immediately great job.

I went into the store to ask where to park the trailer. The young woman said I could just unhook it where I was parked. I was okay with that. I then asked for a receipt that I was dropping off the trailer and asked if she needed to inspect it to make sure everything was okay. She looked at me like I lost my mind. She simply said 'No' and said, "Have a nice day". I told her I was not leaving without some sort of confirmation that I dropped off this trailer. She again looked at me like my request was ridiculous. I said I did not want any issues or have anyone come back and say I did not drop off this trailer, so again, I said I wanted some sort of proof I dropped off the trailer. She then explained to me that she only checked trailers out. The person that checked trailers in was down the road getting a soda from the local station and would be right back. So I waited a couple minutes. Yes, the lady showed up, took my information and sent me a receipt to my email. All was good at this point. This truly is a little local-owner location that sells chicken, horse, goat, feed and all accessories. The U-Haul seems to be more of a side business. I'm all for the little guy making a business on their own, but at least have train people to both check out and check in your trailers. How hard can that be.

Staff were friendly but requested equipment (dollies) was not available and that provided barely servicable. This location was a last minute shift for pickup by uhaul.

I rented during hurricane Ian and I am so glad they were open. They were a little busy but it is understandable. Even with everything going on they were still very friendly and helpful. I will be use them in the future.
