Excellent customer service
Richard SReceived unit with a flat tire. Called roadside as instructed by dealer they put the wrong tire and rim on got another flat 3 hrs down the road. Also had a loose wire blew the fuse on my truck. 2nd roadside fixed issues. Was told so.eone would reach out for a refund not holding my breath. Probably will use penske next time. Rent 4 to 8 times a year kind of left a bad taste this time
Eric KWhen we went to pick up the truck and car tow, the car tow was not availible and the representative claimed it was stollen. They found another tow availible at another location (30 minutes away). They updated our bill and claimed they gave a discount for the inconvenience and we would see that reflected when we went to the other location. Once at the new location for the car tow, the representative said they say no discount and the bill was actually incorrect. The rep was unaware that this was an out of state drop off so there was additional charges added on. No discount given at any point. To say the communication between the two locations was lacking would be an understatement. The Woodruff representative seemed to not really know how to handle the situation and we, the customer, had to pay the price for the incompetence.

teddy lGreat place to rent a U-haul from for sure, I could not ask for better customer service from the team there. They worked with me on a couple of issues of not getting the rig back in time and again they are awesome, I have more renting to do and I am definitely going to use them.

Jason PThe amount of paperwork is ridiculous the fact that I have to enter all the information in the online reservation form, And then have to do it all over again once I get to the site is unacceptable the fact that I turnex down the Insurance protection coverage for my online reservation and then you automatically charge me for it when I go into the office is unacceptable you basically scam your customers. unacceptable. U-Haul has Gone down Hill as a company, and only cares about ripping off people One of the worst experiences I've had as a customer

William BFirst of all the entire UHaul experience was great up until the very end. After realizing that my uhaul drop off location was a taning salon inside of this random shopping cetner I parked it and proceeded to go through the app to check out. I was two minutes into it and then realized these two strange looking men had swarrmed in and scoping out the outside. Didn't even identifiy themselves nor did say a word to us. We had no idea what was going on. We thouht we were in serious trouble and still to this very moment i have no idea who they were. When I walked up to the front of the tanning salon tio return my key they were going into the salon. They must be employees but still would have been nice to get a acknowledged.
ANTHONY GThe left hand brake and turn signal light did not work because the plug wire had a cut in it, I feel this should have been fixed if it was inspected after the previous rental. Other than that problem the rental was in good shape.

Phyllis HI wouldn't say it's like a improvement but every time I do use y'all's equipment I always do take a wipe down the inside with disinfectant wipes and all and there was some mud all in the interior but I let the U-Haul ladie I woodruff south Carolina know I wipes all the mud and seats and all down for her since who ever had it left it a muddy mess I've never had a problem with any U-Haul so always try help y'all out as much as y'all help me out would like to see some coupons for like a free day or like free miles for a rental that would be a really awesome perk
