Sylvia CThe truck i rented did not work. Had to wait an hour to get someone to come out and fix it. Truck died again during my rental. I was told that I would be compensated for my lost time, but that was not true. No one at u-haul has responded to me.
Benjamin WI rented a 26' truck in advance only to be told the day before moving that I could only have 20' truck. I guess the rude scheduling wanted to give my truck to someone else. She offered no remedy m, no discount, no sorry, just we have a 20' available. She was rude and disrespectful. I will never use UHaul again. The company has very poor workers and poor customer service.
Ron JThe reservation was made for 8AM pickup. The location wasn't open until 9. The blankets ordered were not available. The truck had NO fuel in it. Needle did not register of E and fuel warning was illuminated. The tires were worn and provided no traction in grass at all. I was given a small credit for no gas and then charged me more than that when I returned it, although it had a solid 1/4 tank on the gauge. Very frustrating rental experience!

Glenda Lcheck in process was a hassle. I wanted to pick up truck at 8 am before they opened and they had me picking key up at office which didn't open till 9 am. We spent 45 minuets with no instructions on how to get key. Corporate office changed reservation in computer so we could get key. Location was convenient and people were nice.

Priscilla LI returned the truck with half a tank of gas. I had to park on a steep decline which made the tank fall below half a tank so you charged me, not good. Also, the website said I was at the wrong location when I clearly wasn't. The reservation process is clearly flawed on both pickup and drop off

Bob WProvide signage re where to park truck upon return rather than just signs where not to park. It was confusing to know where to park since the no parking sign at the entrance was unclear whether it referred to just the entranceway or to the whole parking lot. We drove around looking for an alternative and returned to the lot when there were no other options around the building.

Brandon NI was told at pick up there would be a refund if i return the uhaul with more gas than what it had at pick up but that was certainly not the case and i was disappointed with how this was handled i have sent an email questioning this and have yet to get a response.
