Reserved the truck on Thursday morning for Friday morning pick up at 6am. I reserved 2 sets of hand trucks, 1 appliance hand truck, 2 dollies, and 120 moving blankets. Order confirmed no problem. I get there to pick the truck up takes me 45 minutes to get the online pick up done since this location doesn't open until 9am. I didn't have the first piece of moving equipment in the truck so that set me back 4 hours since I had to load by hand until the store opened, went back to the store to get the moving supplies and they did not have everything that I asked for plus they were going to charge me full price even though I had already been working 4 hours without it. I get a call later asking me when I am going to be finished with the truck knowing this is a 24hr rental since I didn't get it back to them before they closed I get charged for 2 days rental. I will never use u-haul for a single rental ever again. Customer service offered a $20 dollar coupon, wow thanks for nothing. By the way this was a 24ft truck rental.

Awesome service very pleased with everything

On the truck I rented, the release handle for the emergency brake was broken and difficult to manipulate.

My service was dry!! Not friendly at all... I didn't have my reservations right and I had no help..

Friendly folks, great equipment, overall a painless move!!

After walking around the 26 foot truck I noticed additional marks or damage on the truck that were not identified with a “black X sticky”. I went inside and informed the gentleman behind the counter of what I saw his reply was “it's OK we're not gonna charge you for that it's no big deal” to which I replied “can I get that in writing”? he then walked outside with me and placed black X stickies on the damage that I saw and asked me, Do you felt better”? his condescending attitude was not appreciated.

The return of this rental was all screwed up. We were told that we could return anywhere in Vero Beach. When we did we were told it's the wrong location.

The girl working the desk when I rented our dolly went above And beyond to help us. She was friendly, courteous, and excellent at her job!

Everything was perfect! I'm terrible with names but the young lady who worked this location on 9/21/2019 was very helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of & I really appreciated that! I feel that there is no need to improve just continue with the great customer service that you all provide.

Like I said above come up with a scanner key chain so if it is a weekend when someone else turns theirs in they wont get falsely charged for days they didn't have the u haul

Explain to customer regarding why the Haul/Towing light is on & how to turn it off for normal driving.

There were two vehicles not being used when I came to rent at 11:25am. The smaller of the 2 had a 4:30pm rental pickup. So I was only given the option of renting the bigger, more expensive truck. I thought that was not good service, but....I needed a truck so i agreed. With so much turnaround time, why not get the truck rented for people who need it? I was back in 30 minutes. Other than that great experience.

This is not about the location but was surprised and disappointed that U-Haul does not offer a military discount. Also at every point where price was a factor the total I was told was different than the amount I had to pay!

Great Service both picking up and returning

I don't know why I was asked all of the questions that I had filled in online already AND it didn't save my credit card. That was slightly annoying. I thought I would run in, sign my name, and get the keys, but it took longer. The lady who helped me was very friendly.

I liked that I was able to schedule an early morning pickup even before Sun Self Storage had opened. Checking in through the app was painless. Thank you Sun Self!

I made a reservation a week in advance then when I got there the girl had let a previous customer extend her rental and causing me not to have a rental. It's took over an hour for her to find another location in which I had to drive to to pick up a truck that was 11 feet longer than I needed.

These workers at this drop off destination were unbelievable. The lady who was working was very understandable and most in portantant. She worked on a professional level makingy doing bussiness with uhaul a very special first time expenerience

The lady (Nancy, I think) was very friendly and helpful. When I returned the truck I asked her if there was a way I could pick up a truck after normal hours and she explained the process to me in a way I could easily understand. I plan to use this facility again in the near future for an after hours move.

Did not have the correct equipment I ordered a utility dolly and got a equipment dolly- movers did not even use it! The attendant asked me to sign the gas gauge without seeing the actual gauge - looked at me funny when I refused to sign- told her I needed to see it first - otherwise everything was ok

Staff is incredible

I think inspection with the customer before leaving with the vehicle and after returning with the vehicle would have been good. It is apparently done at other locations but was not done at this one. Overall it was very good. Vehicle was in a very good condition. I will definitely use a uhaul again for moving.

The U-Haul rep on duty on 8/17 was so nice and helpful with getting me to the location on time. It took less than 5 minutes to check out...perfect!!

The clerk wasn't very nice and was in a hurry to leave.
