This was the worst experience I've had with moving moving and using this company. The truck was not at the original location outlined in email. I had to drive 30 miles to discover that the truck wasn't there. Then, I had to drive 40 miles in the opposite direction to pick up another truck. Next, I had to drive 30 miles opposite of that location to pick up the car towing. I had to pay extra money to loading movers for being late. After getting packed, I wasn't able to make it to my destination by the original scheduled time. I was scheduled to be in TX at 8am the next morning. Due to the inconvenience, I was not able to move into my new apartment before they closed. I had to spend the night on the uhaul until the following morning. I did not have additional funds to purchase a hotel. Any emergency funds I would have had was spent on the additional time the loading movers had utilized to get things packed due to the time conflict. The next day, i had to reschedule another moving date and time with the unloading crew in TX. I had to pay additional money for missing my original appointment due to the time inconvenience imposed by uhaul company. During the process of trying to rectify the situations I spent approximately 5 hours total in wait time to speak to a customer service representative. I filed a complaint and was told I'd hear from a representative with 48 hours. It is now 72 hours later and to no avail. I have greatly inconvenienced in time and financially.Orlando W.
The truck ðŸš› was nasty inside with ants and fingernail clippings. This truck was disgusting I called customer service waited online for 30 minutes and hung up. I would have brought the vehicle back but everything was time sensitive. I told the gentleman that works at Sunnys 7 that I had a problem with the cleaning of the rental.Eric R.

Truck doors were locked and location staff couldn't find the keys. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be able to pick up the truck. Then, there was no dolly or furniture dolly, both of which I asked for. (Even though I wasn't charged for them, it was disappointing.) The cargo/back of truck was dirty and had leaves and sand in it.Erica K.

The man who gave us the UHAUL was very rude, the door was rusty and he would not help and we were struggling to get the uhaul attached correctly to the ball and he said there is nothing he can help with after we rented the trailer. 2/10 would not go back here.Kayleigh P.

This location had me take the trailer off and place it. Then move the truck to where they wanted it. Again that should be something they do not the customerWilliam H.
This location wasn't awful, but it also wasn't exceptional. The truck was in good running condition; it just needed a little cleaning, as there were cigarette ashes and spill residue all over the cab.Carson M.
The owner of this location was rude and disrespectful. He asked me to move to the side (rudely) so he could wait on someone else while his worker was trying to assist me. He treated me as if the 300 $I spent on a truck was not important so he could collect 1,95 $ for a soda from another customer. I voiced my dislike of his treatment toward me. He told me that was my opinion. He has the personality of a wet dish rag!! The owner needs to be educated on good customer service or get out of the business.Martina W.

I have no issue with the location that I pick up the truck. They were helpful and courteous., The issue I have is with U-Haul.. I registered to pick up at one location and they changed it to another location. I caught it and changed it back to the original location. Once again they changed it to another location Just to note each location change was further away so they could get more mileage out of you. They charged me for coverage that I declined. U-haul tries to get every penny out of you they can and that's not a company that I will spend my money with again.James B.

First the truck was promised near my home. When I arrived I was told the truck was not there. I had to wait 30 minutes to find it was 25 miles away. The truck had no muffler, and was obnoxiously loud, it made for an unpleasant move.Rob G.

Beautiful building...... Flew into town, my â€œreservedâ€ truck was not available - stuff happens sometimes,......but the Interaction/assistance I received from Jaiden regarding the issue was surprising - unbelievably rude and indifferent..... On a positive note, another worker at the counter (said his name was â€œDâ€) was a total rockstar....I am a small business owner and I would not hesitate having him represent my company....don't lose this kid!!! â€œDâ€ said he was new with the company, was totally respectful, and appreciative of the error/issue regarding my reservation and went extra steps to get me accommodated (this would include the dispatcher he spoke with to help me (wish I knew her name, she deserves a shout out!!!!)....ended up having to uber to another location - costing me 80 $and 2 hours later had a truck....although much larger than I needed/preferred to drive.... I have had many other good UHaul experiences...this was not one of them.Ryan J.
The contract said I was to call the drop location when I got to mcalla. So i did. The person was rude and said i made a mistake. Then hung up. When i arrived at the location i showed the man and he just shrugged. He did. Ot inspect the vehicle or even.leave from the counter. He took my contract and paperwork and said thank you. I asked for a copy for my records. He said that uhaul would send me what I needed.LORI W.

This site is strictly do it yourself from dropping off and unhooking trailer. Employee told me to bring in 3 dollys and 60 pads on one occasion. I told him if he wanted them they were in the truck. As a disabled person I found it extremely rude and disrespectful.Dave P.

We waited 25 minutes for our rental. There was only 1 cashier who had to wait on all gas/convenience store customers as well as UHaul rental customers.karen W.
Attendant was very rude and not helpful. The trailer I reserved along with the moving truck was not connected to the truck. I had to connect it myself with no help from the attendant. The trailer lights were intermittent and one side of the trailer tail lights did not work.David W.

This is one of the worse experience I have had with UHAUL. I was told to pick up at 3 different locations. Then caught the devil trying to return the daRn thing. Website was not acting right. A few of the reps didnt seem to care about my concerns one way or the other. UHaul have always been my family and myself for moving. You need to step up your game of customer satisfaction. I don't know what has happen to UHaul. I appreciate the refund of 50 $but it cost me more than that just to get what I needed at the time needed and to return it. Then they wanted to charge me 20 $to assist me. I appreciate the pick up and drop off locations but the service needs drastic improvement.Avis C.

When we returned our uhaul the store tried to over charge us by at least 150,00 $. The man threatened to call the police if we didn't pay. Called uhauls 800 number and was taken care of. I will never use this location again. These people who run the place are thieves.Bernadetta S.

This wasn't where I requested to pick up the trailer I rented but it worked out just fine. My son was moving to his college town and needed a one way trailer rental. Apparently all the kids at his school had the same idea. and they ran out of trailers where I was planning to pick up. I got a text the day before we were to pick it up that we needed to pick up at this location. We had the opportunity to get it a couple of hours earlier than the reserved time and this location was very accommodating. The only improvement I would suggest is that the people working at this location answer their phone. I called multiple times to try to confirm and the phone was never answered. It is s convenience store and gas station so I guess they were too busy. I have s friend that lives down the street from this place and he went by there to confirm it in person for me.Jacob O.

Location is a gas station - Ian (owner) was there when I picked up and when I dropped off. Ian is quick and courteous. Keep and mind that other non-Uhaul-rental customers are coming and going - it may be a bit busy as a gas station (located beside a busy Interstate highway). I've probably done a dozen uHaul rentals over the past 20 years. Today was my best experience of all those rentals.Jonathan B.

I had to drive to 3 different locations that UHaul Customer Service kept sending me too. I showed up at my initial location you scheduled per my email received on Friday Aug 17th to pick up my truck, appliance dolly, and furniture pads and when I got there at 9am none of my prepaid contract items were there. Yout customer service then sent me to 2 different locations the 1st ending up without my equipment again and then the final location (shown above) had only my truck. They did not have the dolly or furniture pads. I prepaid all items and have not received refund yet.Stephanie S.

This was a gas station. The attendant had a broken laptop and a printer that did not work. I received no instructions and no contract or receipt. I was told all would be emailed to me including my return location. I did not receive any info and upon my return the charges were doubled because they said I went to wrong location. This is my second time using U Haul and both times similar occurrences. I will not be using U Haul again if I can help it.Steve R.
Cancel the contract with this location. I was moved by U haul and had to drive an extra hour to pick up. Took 1 1/2 hours to get the truck. Location tried to charge me over 100 $more than my contract price. Employee argued with Uhaul corporate over the price. Waited on other customers while I stood there.Lang F.

The check in experience was painful and lengthy even though I had pre-checked in. The issues were not the fault of the clerk at Sunny Food #7. The issues are with U-Haul's check in procedure, lack of fast internet connection and confusing program protocol.Edward C.
