The day to pick up they did not have it or us and we had to spen over an hour to go to another location to pick it up. Which in turn added 20 more miles to our bill of use on the truck. We had a very very poor experience with Uhaul during our move

Becky EI made a reservation 2-3 weeks before needing a Uhaul. The morning of pick-up, we arrived at the dealer location, only to be told that the truck that had been assigned to us was supposed to be returned 4 days earlier. It was now being reported as stolen. Luckily, we were able to get a truck at another location, but it was 40 mins away. This caused a lot of stress and scrambling to our move and is not acceptable. I had called multiple times during the week before and never had my concerns addressed about why my reservation hasn't been confirmed. This is not a dealer issue, but a UHaul problem. Covid cannot continue to be an excuse for poor business management. I will never recommend renting a truck from U-Haul in Colorado.

Michael LStaff was very helpful, professional and quick to check me in. High ratings flor that. The location is a bit sketchy and there is very limited parking which could make it tricky to return a vehicle if there is no staff there. This is the second time I returned at this location. The last time the office was closed so I did self checkin. It worked fine but could have been terrible if the only available parking spot then was filled buy someone else.
Mike HThe local UHAUL place was amazing. I was unhappy with UHAUL's app. It would not accept a photo of the back of my driver's license after I tried 4 times. It delayed me and my move by 15 minutes. Thankfully the local UHAUL place picked up the phone even though they were closed and helped me!

He was not present at 10 AM for drop off…so we had to use your UHaul App. The UHaul App is atrocious unless you have already used it several times and realize when the photos need to be uploaded relative to the entry of data. Fortunately, because the attendant arrived before we had a chance to complete the electronic check in…he was able to complete the check in for us. The attendant was tolerant of my displeasure of the App. I appreciate the attendant's help…but I did ask him why I had to document a clean vehicle at trips end when I picked up a dirty vehicle at the I-70 UHaul?

Miguel M | Expérience généraleWe planned to use the twice-a-year free trash day at the Erie dump, which closes at 2 p.m. to take large items to the trash before an out-of-state move. We rented a truck from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We checked-in on line and left to pick up our rental. When we arrived, we were told the truck hadn't been returned and likely wouldn't be available. We were told there was nothing they could do. When we calmly explained our situation and our timeline, we were again told there was nothing they could do. When we pointed out they were in breech of contract we were yelled at and told to leave the store. Eventually we were able to calm him down and he called another location, which charged us more, but we were able to complete our urgent task. While I understand they have no control over if someone returns a vehicle on time, they should have offered solutions and helped, instead of just getting angry at a customer, who was in a bind, and saying multiple times there was nothing they could do. Their mission statement says they will treat customers with integrity. Their behavior lacked basic consideration and integrity. I recommend finding another location that will treat you with more professionalism and integrity.

This was not the location I wanted to pick up, but am SO happy that I went there, since the other location (where we picked up the car hauler and was the location I wanted) wasn't nearly as good, for numerous reasons.
CASEY DDropped off the key and that was it. I didn't know I had only rented the blankets. I was called but missed it as I was organizing the new house. My card was already charged for the blankets before I called back and the place was still open. We still had the blankets and could have brought them down to avoid the fee but was told I was already charged.
