Upon returning the truck, I wanted to pay with a different credit card. I was told to call back the next day and ask for the supervisor/manager. I did that and was told he had already charged the card on file and gave me another number to call. I called that number and got a generic voicemail box that just stated the phone number. The issue has not been resolved.

This truck that I rented has a hole in the roof somewhere. I lost my living room television due to water that leaked inside it. And wouldn't you know there is a small sticker stating this truck is water resistant but not water proof.

The 2 stations where great. U-Haul was a terrible experience!!!!!! They changed my time online without a notice and without me calling just to be prepared I would have been out of luck on my moving day. Terrible to do that to people!

I was overcharged for milage. I have a picture of the odometer. They didn't close out my ticket while I was there because the manager was at Sam's Club is what I'm told. They added over 30 more miles that I did not use. Be honest with your customers. Because it's only 15 $they charged me, I didn't go back and complain.

Great service, but trailer was missing rubber on S-hooks.

Please respond I was given the wrong trailer for my car ripped my undercarage and tore front cover off my car. This needs to be taken care of because I was told this was the one made for my car .i have all email pertaining to this subject

Using the uhaul app was terrible. Even though I prepaid for the equipment, and this was confirmed in the app, it took me to a screen requesting payment again before giving me the code to get the keys. Chat feature didnt work as no one responded. Had to have store employee call boss and manually override to get keys.

Dishonest/Decietful. Manager changed my reservation and added insurance as well as the time frame causing a 2 day rental vs 1 day rental. When I inquired/questioned Msnager about charges upon returning the trailer he said that it was just an estimate and that UHaul was notorious for doing this. Problem is it was an in town rental which from what I understand is completely controlled by that location. I have more detail to this but for the sake of keeping it concise I will refrain. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

Make sure the guy renting out the equipment READS THE CONTRACT. I ordered a dolly and it was neither in the van or on site. When I asked him where it was he said he was busy and probably overlooked it.

U-haul agent was friendly, timely and was even kind enough to give me a bottle of cold water for the moving. Great job!
