I did an easy drop off. Guy at desk just indicated to hand him key. Didn't offer any comments or direction. It was a gas station / mini mart.Laura S.
I was met outside by an unidentifiable staff member, who refused to check the truck/equipment immediately or queried if all was well. I informed him the fuel was full, he said he'll check later. The issue with this truck is the AC does not blow out of the dash vents.Keith P.

Did not have the truck nor did they call to inform me. Did not want to give me a smaller truck there until I escalated. Did not want to give me the correct dolly until I again became upset and began calling the main Uhaul number. Manager on phone was only reason it semi-resolved...however I had to make a number more trips with the truck due to the small 10 foot size of it.Lisa Q.

I highly recommend this location. I needed a uhaul last minute and a truck was returned to the wrong location, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate my request by reaching out to Uhaul to enter the truck in the system so I could rent it. They were very helpful with the process, explained everything in detail and the truck was clean. I would definitely use this location again.Simone R.
Picking up the truck was not an issue. The issue was going to another location to pick up the trailer to put my vehicle on then it was given away after I had reserved it.i had to go to Jersey City to pick it up. Very disappointed.Paul A.

It would be great to let the clients know the default gas level ahead of time or at time to sign the time to sign the contract! I was tricked to fill the tank rather than 1/3 of the tank!!! Be careful!Qi X.
Truck was grimy. Brakes were not very good and left me uncomfortable. Steering was too loose. I think the truck was past what I consider to be U Haul shelf life.Frank H.

You're asking the wrong question. The issue was that I would not have even known about this location if UHAUL didn't switch my reservation to a DIFFERENT place than where I had a CONFIRMED reservation and found this totally by accident after trying to locate another truck. Assholes.Michael B.

And drop off the employee was very cheerful and helpful with the process of pick up. During Return of the truck the attendant show me where to park and took care of checking the truck and gas reading. It was very easy to get to and an overall fantastic experience!DEEDEE W.
We are pleased to have completed a safe trip to move our son into his apartment. This is our 2nd UHaul experience in 4 years. From the ease of making/once changing online reservations, to packing/unpacking the 10' truck, we are well pleased with Uhaul. Most helpful is the description provided for helping decide which vehicle I needed. I started with a van but switched to a 10' truck as I studied how much each can carry. Renting the 2 dollies was a huge help with heavy furniture pieces.David M.

I drove 37 miles and I was charged 18$ for gas!!!! That's not fair! When I told a guy that gas wasn't full he said he can't do anything about it. Will never rent vans from you anymoreAidyn K.
Service attendee was very unhelpful during our pick up interaction. Did not provide any information to us. Additionally, he charged us for a 2 day rental when we had the car for less than 5 hours, and added in a service charge that I waived. No one there picked up the phone when I called several times to try and resolve the issue.Travis B.

The customer service rep was not very clean .. his nose was running and he wiped with his hands and then handed me the keys .. so I would say needs to be a bit more clean especially during COVID but I sanitized everything myself and was charged an extra 150$ thanksKiera G.
Fairly fluid process, but a bit of a wonky process for parking my car. I also had to pull the van backwards in to a really tight space. Customer service and communication was a bit lacking.Ian D.

The alignment of the truck was off a little. The truck is old and has 115 000 but ran fine. For 39,99 a day and 99 cents a mile you have to deal with that.Alan R.

There's nothing I can think of to improve the experience. Everything went oh so well from the beginning to end of the trip using Uhaul. The owner at the Uhaul/Sunoco location was very helpful communicating and securing the transaction via cell phone.Sala B.

Nothing wrong with this experience. It's just a gas station with a couple of Uhaul trucks. Used the online check in/out. All attendants had to do was give and take keys.Michael W.

The truck was dirt and the store clerk ignored my pre-registration and had me wait over 30 mins while he reviewed my credentials over and over. Thank goodness I had my own COVID19 disinfectant because it was obvious there was no attempt to clean or disinfect the truck. Someone left their ezpass and when I told the store clerk he just grunted. Also truck was filled with only half tank I also think it's false advertisement to advertise a 19,00 $ fee and then tack on a mysterious fee that more than doubled your advertised price. The truck I rented had over 124 000 miles and poor rear view site for backing up Very dissapointed with U-HaulDebra S.
