Helpful, easy
Steven CI returned the equipment and asked them to inspect it so we could close. They did not want to and said they will do it later. I had put more gas in the vehicle than it originally had. However, a month later I got an invoice for an additional gas charge! All this could have been avoided if they would bother to inspect the vehicle. I wonder if they took it and drove it around since I put more gas than when I first rented it! What a scam!

THOMAS KDouble check the mileage. The wrong mileage was entered for our uhaul and I didn't have reception in Eatonville. Thankfully I took a picture before leaving so I had proof of my start mileage. The truck we got had super bad exhaust, the check engine light was on the whole time and it kept almost stalling/turning off. The staff was very nice and clean.

MATTHEW BHorrible experience. They didn't check my equipment in on time. Also got charged for a extra day for no reason and still no sign of my refund.
CLAUDE MI rented a car trailer, picked it up 4 hours later, got it home it looked a little small for my vehicle so I measured and yep too short. I returned the trailer within 15 minutes and they wouldn't give me a refund.
JOSHUA FI chose the mobile pick up option, but upon arriving at the location I was told they do not offer mobile pick up at that location. Employee was not trained in the U-Haul check out process. He had to call a coworker who was off to walk him thr5the process. Took much longer than it should have. Other than that slight hiccup, everything was great and would rent from this location again.
