The person who helped me in the location was great. The vehicle itself was not cleaned well and the attempt mobile check in was absolutely ridiculous. I ended up going inside because I was so frustrated with the mobile check in process. Thankfully the guy inside was able to help me and get everything taken care of. AWFUL. We searched and searched for this location. We finally found it behind a bowling alley. No signs, nothing indicating the Uhual return was there. The key return was on a post in a 5 gallon bucket with concrete (unsecured) hidden behind a large container. No one was there to help, I had set my return up to another location closer to my house and was not notified they changed that either. BAD EXPERIENCE!Amy K.

There were used moving blankets in the back of the truck that were not on my order which we had to keep moving in and out of the truck to keep track of them. I think the availability and self service was incredible. The phone verification with a friend was a bit of a bother, I thought I was entering an emergency contact and they call them, leaving the friend thinking they might have liability and creating a chaotic situation while they are at work. The truck I rented shook violently the entire trip and I have rented 15 ft uhauls at least 4 times in the past decade, I am a customer support rep and I hate complainers but this truck was SCARY to drive, vehicle had not been maintained. I would highly recommend an alignment or to take it into the shop for some repairs before letting another customer take this vehicle on the road. Beyond that I thought the experience of picking up an dropping off was very easy and efficient.Nicholas H.

The customer service rep at this location, I wish I could recall his name, was extremely helpful. He proactively contacted me and advised me of my options to check out the equipment a little earlier, which allowed us to get an earlier than anticipated start to our trip. The equipment was prep, clean, and ready to go upon our arrival. He assisted and provided detailed instructions to ensure the dolly and car were securely attached to the truck. He fully answered all of our questions. His assistance and friendly nature helped to start the trip on a positive note. Thank you!!Patrick P.

Was at location for several hours because they had a problem with their computer system. Instead of reaching out to uhaul help desk, Ray required me to contact uhaul 800 number directly while he helped other customers. They ended up double billing me and I had to file a dispute with my cc company in order to get my money back. Equipment was fifthly and tires were overinflated (70 - supposed to be 32). Ray sent me a contract for a different piece of equipment than he gave me. This caused further problems and I couldn't view photos and/or dispute the condition because he didn't set it up properly. Drop off location deemed the equipment unrentable when I returned it, Worst ever experience.Candace G.

Maybe have a Uhaul sign on the entrance door in front of the bowling alley. The gentleman was outside helping someone else and I asked if I go inside to check in. He kindly said yes ma'am and when I went there were no Uhaul signs and the lady at the bowling check-in table told me I was in the wrong building in an abrupt manner. Once I walked off the lady next to her corrected her. When I returned with the gentleman, she did apologize after being corrected by the other lady.JENNIFER ANN R.

I wasn't expecting the location to be closed and no one to be there when I returned to the trailer. I'd been given no instructions and no phone number to call while dropping it off. It would have been nice if I'd known to expect no one to help me unhook the trailer and get it off my truck. The spot to leave the trailer was all muddy and made it difficult to unhook the trailer. So I ended up just leaving it in the middle of the parking lot. This is a case where a little bit of communication would have gone a long way.Rex K.
