David BailiffMake sure what time Ray stops checking in the rented truck! NOT ONE of the representatives ever said what time was "after hours" Ray at Sunset Lanes (bowling alley) STOPS CHECKING IN TRUCKS AT 4PM! U-Haul your U-haul app is horrible. I arrived and was there for almost 3 hours on the phone with customer service and STILL was unable to pick up the truck that evening. The next day we went to pick up the truck again the APP wouldn't work! I had to CHANGE every setting on my phone and after 2 more wasted hours I FINALLY got the truck. However, because of all the delays the hired load and unload help I had hired could not help and I was charged $150. and had to move everything by MYSELF! Next because of all the changes to my settings that had to be made to get the u-haul to work caused my phone not to be able to make or receive texts or calls! I had to take my phone to store and wait another 3 hours for the phone tech guys to fix it. I lost every bit of info. I didn't have time so I had to go back later to have my info restored! When I took the - back it was just as bad. But as a bonus U-Haul waved the after hours fee even though I was in the parking lot of the stupid Sunset Lanes. I am beyond fed up with U-hauls placating customer service that can't do anything to help and Managers that are just as powerless and keep transferring calls. You need to reimburse me for my wasted time (your fault) and the money I lost because your app sucks and had to load and unload ($150)everything by my self. U-haul had no issue taking my money but has treated me in a dismissive manner. -

Sonya LopezThis location closes at 12:00pm every week day and 2:00 on Saturdays! The walk-up rental was down for 4 days and the guy in charge was very rude and unprofessional! He was irritated that I was having problems scheduling on line and told me to go somewhere else! I have used U-Haul before and was able to pay cash for the rental and use my card for the deposit. He said I had to use one or the other for all of it! If there are other rental companies then I will be looking for those next time I need a rental! And I have told everyone that I can about this incident! U-Haul should have better representation!

Kolton CanslerWe rented a tow dolly. Within 10 minutes after leaving the lot one of the wheel covers appeared to be loose. Bad enough it could have blown off. Then we would have been "responsible" for the problem. We immediately went back to the location. The man working there asked "what did we did to it" and where was the missing part. Basically accusing US of the damage that should have been checked by UHaul staff before renting it out. He then told us that if the replacement dolly was returned damaged he would have to charge us for both of them!!! Sorry but WTF?? How and why we would we damage a tool that we needed that day? Terrible business practice. Will never go to that location and if the situation arrises will be sure to tell others to avoid this location.

Cayla CleburnI have the location an "average" rating- the area to drop off is quite small. I did not have any problems in the right spaces when returning, however some may have difficulty finding a space. Otherwise it was very easy and very helpful at this location.
Casey RendallWhen we got there they screwed up our reservations, I took forever to correct. Once we got moved and went to return the truck there was no clear area to go to speak with a rep. Then when we attempted to return it the check-in link was not working and again no clear instruction. When I called the next day to explain what happened I found out they charged us $128 when I called to find out why the guy was rude and found they charged an extra day and additional items. I called to get it corrected and they only corrected a portion of the issue. I will not be using U-haul ever again..

Maricela AlvarezThe location was not open when my rental contract time was due and when I did go to return it during posted business hours, it was closed. In spite of this, I was still charged for the additional day of rental despite the location not being opened. I would have dropped it off before it opened and paid the $20 after hours drop off fee if I knew I would have been charged $60,5 for another full day of rental and insurance.
Eric ThorneONE WAY TRIP!! The only reason I would not recommend location is because if you are not returning it within a location near it the price is exarrated!! Apparently anything being used in south texas price INCREASES 400 %!! 54 rental turned into 240 rental

Jeannette ChernoffI reserved a 20-ft truck with two dollars when I got to destination to pick up the truck I was never informed that there was no dollies in the back of the truck I called back and they said they had no dollies available at their store I called all over the area and there were no dollies available how was I supposed to move in a 20-foot truck with a ramp and no dollies I was never notified that the dollies was taken off of my reservation because there wasn't any. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and consideration.

lori molinarNobody there only place to park was in mud area was blocked by two flatbed wreckers w8th wrecked cars waiting on traffic. Couldn't turn around got stuck. I was there on a Saturday at 1 pm and was assured the place was open and staffed that place didn't open till 4pm.
GARY MATHISThe door on my trailer was getting stuck the entire time of use to the point I needed a second person to help yank it close each time. Then the rivets that held the latch on fell out, not like it would have mattered with how stuck the door was. Told the employee about this and he didn't seem to care or offer any sort of compensation or apologies at all.

Spencer MyersThe drop off location was basically just a parking lot for all intents and purposes. I didn't even see where the office was. That being said, a representative was in the parking lot within minutes (before we were even finished parking actually) and was very nice. Super easy drop off.

Pedro TorresTruck was in rough shape but also it is nearing 190 000 miles so it is understandable. The issue was less the pre-existing damage but more so that the e-brake disengage lever was broken which prevents anyone from using the e-brake. The other issue is the parking arrangement. The parking lot area is quite small and someone had parked a trailer on one side and poorly parked a truck on the other side in such a way that it made it quite difficult to get the truck out. Granted it is the 26' but it added stress to the overall experience. Still would use the service again from this location but wanted to be up front about the experience.
Dallas FosterDriver window popped out of track on highway at 75 mph. Ac would blow hot at times. When I brought it back to location the shifter cable must have come apart and left The moving truck in middle of Parking lot. I pushed it out of the way as best I could.
