I had issues before this location, my reservation was made for a different location for 6am for a mobile drop off and it failed, this location was given to me by customer service and did not have all the equipment I needed. Also hard to reach this place by phoneHILARY M.

I received my U Haul truck late! My reservation time was at 4pm I didn't leave until 4:30pm. The clerk at the store spoke to everyone around me even though I had been waiting in line. I felt very disrespected. I am an African American woman and I felt I was treated this way due to my race and gender. I will leave a review online as well. Waiting for someone to reach out to me via email or phone. Also, the truck wasn't filled up with gas and it smelled like someone had been smoking in there. I thought uhaul would make sure their vehicles were properly cleaned before someone else rented s them especially during a pandemic.Jamyria C.

The guy promised to give the 29,99 $ truck at the 19,99 $ rate because I didn't want something so big and the store did not have the smaller one available at the time. When I received the invoice by email, I discovered that I was wrongly charged at the rate of 29,99 $. I immediately called and the attendant confirmed the he heard his manager say so and that he would inform him whenever he was around. I have called several times afterwards but no one is picking up the phone. Please process my refund.olumide B.
The whole truck smelled like cat pee, the bed of the truck has spots where you could see dried cat pee. I was supposed to get my key out of the box outside and do a contactless pick up. The key was not in the box and my dolly and pads were also not in the truck ready to go. I had to go inside this jankey store to get my key dolly and pads. The customer service was ok in the lowest of normal standards. The store didn't have 24 pads (like I ordered) so I grabbed what I could. The pads were on the floor all over the place. I took what I could and left. I didn't want to be in there anymore. They only had 8 pads but I didn't feel like trying to get a refund. I will never get a truck from there again.STEPHANIE N.
First of all you could buy a lottery ticket, hotdog, beer and a pack of cigarettes oh yeah I forgot and rent a uhaul.. I Asked for receipt for proof of return was told it would be emailed to me. Then after leaving I get a charge for a cleaning fee with no explanation of what was dirty and what was cleaned.. it's a uhaul with vinyl seats and a rubber floor mat. I bet this is a way for this location just to make extra money unjustly and willing to be this is not an isolated incident but a recurring one at this location.MATTHEW P.

The staff were extremely unhelpful. They required me to move the truck around to a different parking lot which wasn't my responsibility. They had me running back-and-forth between the truck and inside the location because they were too lazy to come outside and look them selves. This place should not be a U-Haul facility. U-Haul is for people like me trying to move on a budget but we shouldn't be treated this way. Feel free to contact me.Ryan B.

I was given a truck that was supposed to be one way and was told after everything was loaded and I was half way to my destination that I needed to bring it back that they made a mistake and gave me the wrong truck. The person at the store was not overly helpful. When I completed the transaction, he gave me the key and that was it! We had to walk around and look at all the trucks to try to figure out which one was the one I rented. He had no other customers at the time he was just disinterested in doing anything but the bare minimum. And, his store was not clean at all.Laura R.
Overall a not great experience unfortunately. It was less with the specific location but Uhaul overall. I had my location changed last minute due to my original location not having the equipment I requested. The new location was a bit out of our way. We also had organized everything to be contactless but this was changed with the new location and we were not informed. Was passed between many representatives just trying to confirm how I would be receiving the keys, if it would be a code to one of the outside boxes, or in the convenience store. Eventually was told to just figure it out with the guy inside, the interaction wasn't that great but I can't blame the guy I'm sure he deals with this a lot since the information and communication gap came from the customer support and Uhaul website side of things. Finally we got the keys, but when we checked the truck none of the equipment we requested was there. So I had to call again, was transferred between 3 more representatives and was eventually given the told I can just go to a different location to get what we needed. We were already running late by now so I just decided to cancel the equipment and get a refund on those items. They did this quickly and easily which in grateful for. I was honestly quite surprised and a bit disappointed at the experience, many things were just more complicated than they needed to be over fairly simple questions. But the truck worked fine and the drop off afterwards was easy and that's all I really needed.Jordan H.

The guy was on the phone with what appeared to be a personal phone call during the entire check in process. The vehicle was filthy inside and out. I had to clean it before I could use it. The return was a lot more pleasant but could have been easier if the app worked.Matthew P.

The clerk, md Islam, was rude and the location was filthy. He would not give me a receipt, overcharged me and signed the contract WITHOUT my permission. He told me to get out of the way so he could handle his other customers. NEVER rent or return to this location... it is unsafe and not professional in any way.Lura W.
I really object about doing this as a phone app. I will likely not rent from U-Haul again because of the ridiculous amount of time it took ME to rent a van for a few hours. No assistance from the clerk in the convenience store as the online app was not letting me get to the screens I needed. Plus the online app asked me to scan license which I did during order. Very difficult when you are in a parking lot in a rain storm. You need a better solution of automated pickup. Finally I was told by the UHaul Rep who called to change the location of pickup to this one, someone would be available at 400p to assist. Not true! The location was awful. It's like an mini mart but smelled so bad and bugs were biting us. He didn't know what he was doing. Out location was not that one originally and that was an inconvenience in itself. Then the location he set me off to drop off was further away than what we originally selected. My complaint is with Uhaul Customer Service. Your service representatives my each step of my journey more difficult. They first told me I could pick up a truck at my preferred location, then changed it to a different one. I was on the road and did not notice the email, and showed up at the wrong location. Then, the wrong drop-off location was put on the ticket and I had to again spend an extra half hour on the phone to have the drop-off location corrected. Go back and listen to the audio of the initial calls, I was very clear about everything and your reps did not follow simple requests. Terrible service.Daniel M.

The online check in was not letting me finish. I was at my appointment on time. Couldn't complete the confirmation, not even with the chat support person, or the customer service rep. Horrible!!!! On top of that the owner of the place told me that he could NOT help me, that I had to do it online. Frustrating!
