Nothing. My experience was very good.
david kWorst customer service experience. The rep wasn't at the location at the pick up time. When she arrived she never made eye contact or went around the unit with me. All she did was to hand me the keys and left. The back tires needed air which is dangerous and gas tank almost empty. Upon returning the vehicle I experienced the same situation. There was nobody in the location to receive the unit, inspect it and charge me. I had to leave the keys at a convenient store nearby.

Daniel GTruck was reserved for Lutz Flagship location but they switched it to Sunset Market stating they didn't have a 15ft truck. I show up at the time 9:30am exactly to pick up my truck (5days after the reservation was made) and I was advised we done have a reservation for you we never advised you were switched to this location. I just rented the only 15 ft truck I had. Stated they only had small $19,95 truck …my move and movers were scheduled for 10:30 I had to take the small truck. I get back to the house and I get the truck positioned for the move. I was NEVER told the damn small truck doesn't have a RAMP!!! So we're loading boxes bins and furniture in a truck with no RAMP having to lift heavy items up in the air. The day was a damn disaster!! I've used U-Haul on so many occasions.Jan 2020 I moved my daughter to Gainesville for college. Jan 2021 my son graduated from U of FL I moved him home. June 2022 my daughter graduated I moved her from Gainesville I had a truck movers and a car tow. Never had any issues with reservation equipment or anything. I wouldn't recommend using neither of the locations Flagship or Sunset Market there is no communication between the locations to ensure customers are serviced appropriately. No communication to the customer regarding change in truck size to say hey there's no RAMP.

Jessica BPoor communication, I reserved a dolly, there was none jn the truck, I was guaranteed 9am, truck was not ready until 10:30, . I picked up a filthy truck. With no dolly in it I was also told that I was being upgraded to a 26 foot truck because the 20 foot truck was not available at this location. Location and I was gonna be price matched and that did not occur so I was lied to thoroughly all the way around..
Jennifer RThe young lady that was working, there was very professional and very helpful. She told me I had to go online to do the reservation, and I am not very savvy with the Internet, so she did it for me, and she took the time to help me out. I really appreciate it.
David BPick a different retailer to represent U haul. They had no way to rent trucks, myself and another customer ahead of me had to use our phones to rent the trucks. Check in was untimely also.
Fred PPoor record keeping! They are trying to charge me for fuel fill up and fees! They're charging me for the coverage for insurance as well! I have taken pictures of the odometer and gas gauge proving I am correct. I have tried to reach out to get this corrected and it went from me "owing" $59 to almost $180! Also the van was full of sand both in the front and cargo area. I'm still trying to get the charges settled. Won't use again

tricia dI was overcharged for mileage. My trip was only 18 miles round trip and I was changed for an estimated 59 miles at $1,19 a mile. I was overcharge $48.79.
Antonio SThe vehicle broke down. Roadside assistance came, but said that the truck should not be driven. It was left there and we were expected to return it to the location the next day. The actual location, a gas station, was incredibly helpful but the vehicle only allowed us to go 12 miles total and take one load of items to the new location before it gave out. We got we were stranded and then ended up using our own vehicles to move. We lost 2 days of pay because of it.

Alexia TI gave it 2 stars, one for the helpful staff at Sunset Market, one for the equipment. I made the reservation one day before. When I showed up at the counter, I was asked whether I accidentally cancelled the order. Obviously, the system changed my order to another location without me knowing it. The staff at the counter made a call to set up everything. Till I received the bill, there were extra fee added to my bill. Emailed back to the customer service, still waiting for a reply.
Issac HNO location I used so far had really clean cars. Truck had just 25 % fuel which is of course impossible to fill up to this level. They charged me 30$ fuel fee plus DOUBLE of what the car could possible use.

Jarrod MThere is no indications of where to drive in and park the uhaul trucks were all over the place blocking entrance there was no one inside of the customer service area people where complaining as to where should they park and asking others to move their cars so they can come in. I waited over 30 minutes to even get asked what did I need nace speaking the only person working she walked out side and I waited another 15 minutes until she walked back in
elba dPlease check in the vehicle and check out on time. Do not overcharge the customer when it isn't their fault a certain vehicle they requested/reserved isn't available. Through no fault of mine I have been charged 4times as much as they should've charged me.

Carlisle VI overfilled the gas tank. The 10ft truck I rented actually gets great avg mph. I would recommend initially putting in less then you expect to use. Both employees I met at Sunset market were very helpful and friendly.

Maicol DI was overcharged and got a run around on this issue, in which it should have been taken care of on the spot, I explain my issue to where I rented the U haul, and to the 1 800 number, totally dissatisfied, will not rent again at this location, hope this matter gets resolved ASAP

HECTOR HMake sure you never rent anything from them!! They dbl charge me for the rental and the second charge was almost $300 above the rental price!! The equipment was damaged .They said it I can drop off the rental any Uhaul location after I'm finish. Of course it was a problem when I did that!!

Michael HPrior to getting to the location, we were given the run around about where our truck needed to be picked up. Once we got here the lady working was super helpful, and made sure we were taken care of.
Jacqueline HI went to the location i was given and they didnt have my truck. they said they contacted uhaul to cancel it, but i didnt get any notification of the change. the second location was a convenience mart that didnt have the moving pads or the mattress cover i ordered. so i had to go to a third location to get them. i preferenced a uhaul location to pick up for that very reason. this added several hours to my day. very frustrating.
Allen ZI reserved a 15' truck with the "guarantee" but when I got there I was told they only had 10' trucks available so I settled for the 10' truck not knowing they still charged me for the 15' truck. Not only that, but when I made the reservation I specifically declined the insurance but on my receipt it shows I was charged for that too. Unfortunately I didn't realize any of this until I finally looked at my receipt the day I returned the truck. So I called the store to notify them of the discrepancies and was told that there's no way they made a mistake. Then I was told they had customers and would call me back but nobody ever called back. Now they're trying to charge me almost double what I should be paying. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
Aaron BThe truck was a beater; old and smelly. The ignition switch was difficult to turn and felt like it was about to break.
Ron SThe truck was filthy, the gas was on empty. I was helping my daughter move into her apartment and needed a dolly because we had heavy items but the dolly I rented was unavailable. So I had to drive from Tampa to Dade City to pick up my brother to help us move the heavy furniture (76 miles round trip). Which killed me in mileage fees. Also a 3 hour move became almost 9 hours. I'm 66 years old so this was a miserable day for me.
