It was so bizarre... it was like, someone's home? Nobody was there, it was run down and sketchy. I had to call Uhaul and BY SHEER CHANCE/LUCK a rep was coming to check the lock box at the same time and got me my rental. Otherwise. I would have been stuck. Pls revoke your contract with Sunset Motors. It sucks.

William DMy order was completely off. We had to change locations last minute, was given a different vehicle, and none of the equipment unpaid for were included. Recently in my mattress getting dirty.

Hannah GI will never recommend this to anyone...it took almost an hour to get the code to unlock my key due to the phone app kept hanging up and making me do it over and over again...called the customer service line and was no help at all...same thing upon the return...did everything did not complete due to phone app crashing and then I see a charge for $20 for paying by credit card (How else are we supposed to pay) and $20 for after hours even though no other human being needed to be there...you should be paying me for having to go through all the hassle to rent the truck...so no I will never recommend this service to anyone...

John LThey were really nice but it's not a true U-Haul location. It's a really small used car place with a few U-Haul trucks. Helpful owner and assistant :-).

jessika bLet people know this is NOT a U-Haul center, but just a drop off. Was very confusing to find. And it is a super small parking lot so it wasn't obvious where I should go and bring the truck. However, the people there were very very kind and very helpful and got me in and out super quick.
