Poor communication by the employees at this location. They displayed a general lack of interest in helping unhook trailer, backing up, etc. Poor yard setup. No room for maneuvering/backing up. We will not use this location in the future.

DAVID SThe man who assisted me when I dropped off the U-Haul was very kind and even took the time to call and let us know we left something in the truck.
Ester EThe guy who rented the equipment to me was a little on the rude side. Not friendly at all. I held my hand out to get my credit card and drivers license and he threw it on the counter right under my hand. Just very unfriendly while I was in a situation that was very stressful. Customer service lacks seriously at this location. He gave me zero instruction on how to use the car dolly just "go on YouTube and search it" then he didn't tell me which location I was to return my equipment nor did he tell me how long my rental was.
ELISE DI talked to home office and local people, all was very great. I used them again.
THOMAS DThe U-Haul Manager was extremely rude and condescending. Did not explain insurance policy or benefits. Cut me off when speaking and interrupted my conversation with another employee when I asked questions. I will never return to this location ever. Zero respect for customers.
RICHARD DThe manager or the guy that rented the trailer to me was a total jerk. Arrogant. No customer or people skills whatsoever. If I didn't need the trailer, I would've left and went elsewhere
GLEN HThis was a terrible experience! I reserved the 10 foot truck for an in-town move on the U-Haul website with an email confirmation. When I arrived they said it was not available, even though I could clearly see it in the parking lot. When I pointed this out they said it wasn't available for in town rental. They said the only van available was the larger more expensive option. Without my consent they then added insurance (again saying it was required). The whole thing cost twice what I had ordered and confirmed by email on the U-Haul website. I felt taken advantage of and would strongly discourage others from using this location.

John KI was able to switch the truck that I had reserved after hours and at the last minute on the app. While that was convenient for me, I inadvertently took a truck that someone else had reserved. The app worked great but apparently needs some tweaking.

RICK RI have rented U-Haul trucks for a very long time and this has been the most Pleasant and easy experience I have had. The app actually worked I guess it has been improved and made a huge difference. Thank you so very much.
ALICIA RManager was rude. I sarcastically apologized to him for being such an inconvenience to him, and that I just wanted to rent a truck, he took that as a serious apology. The fuel level in the truck was not the same as on the paper he had me sign and he said it was probably parked on a hill when it was checked in and would not change the level on the paper. I asked why it is not full of fuel, he said "I do not work for U-Haul and I don't have a gas card to fill it up." ZERO customer service skills! He acted like he was doing U-Haul and me a great favor. The hood on the truck was not strapped down so when I got on the freeway, I got a surprise! The hood swung up and I had to pull over on the freeway to strap it down. Kind of concerning since the truck had less than 500 miles on it, wondering why it was not strapped down especially since this location is at an auto mechanic shop... Only positive was the truck was nice and new.

ANTHONY FI got what I needed to done within an hour. I was only moving one large piece of furniture from a store to a house. I had anticipated this, and specifically opted OUT of the extra "safe move" coverage when I was setting up my reservation online. I received the bill for the rental and was unpleasantly surprised to see that the fifteen dollar "safe move" coverage had been added to my bill regardless, without my consent. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to others, as I would not feel comfortable using it again myself due to the surprise extra charge, for something I had tried to opt out of, at the end.

Blanca FThe only issue with the pick up location staff was he was very matter of fact and unwilling to listen. This may not have been completely his fault. The trailer was not at the location at the time it was scheduled, 10:00 am and wouldn't arrive until 4:00 pm. This was an inconvenience and plans had to be adjusted to make the timeline I was on. U-Haul at the level above this Dealer has limited concern for the customer and will most likely not give my review any regard.

ashley eI had ordered 10 truck for moving. I did all request, payment , etc on mobile app. My reservation was 8am - 12pm, Monday July 29th. When I went to retrieve my truck, I eas told by owner, I had to bring the truck back, at 11:45am, as he scheduled truck to another client. Unfortunately, due to a storage nightmare, We called owner and stated we had a nightmare at storage unit, won't make the 11;15 . He told us pretty much, bring the truck back, now. Since unloaded the truck, we had to continue to store materials. When we returning truck, the owner was decent, but was not issuing friendly customer service.
Kimberley EI did not authorize the safe tow coverage and attempted to remedy that by making note on the reservation through the app to remove it. The store representative refused to do so.
Todd PThe truck was dirty and had someone's lunch box with food in it under the seat, and cut up white t shirt rags in the seating area. The engine makes weird noises. I was told I could have the second size up truck and was only given the smallest size. I wasn't able to complete my move and literally have to drive back to St. George in September for ANOTHER MOVING TRIP because I was told I could have a bigger truck and was not provided that size. It's going to cost me way more money and 10 hours more of driving time to get the rest of my belongings. And to top it off, they asked for my drivers license but never gave it back to me. Now I am without it.

Toni BI was overcharged for no reason. My original quote was $47, then my total was nearly double the amount and I returned the trailer in less than 24hrs from my pick up time… I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
